In a closed-door meeting, Netanyahu is reported to be aiming to end the war by October 2025. This will apparently represent a "final deadline", but Israeli military operations could end earlier "should conditions mature and objectives be achieved". According to the official, part of the reasoning behind this is to prevent the war from extending beyond the two-year mark.

⚡️🇵🇸🇮🇱 Mayor of Jenin Governorate Nidal al-Obaidi stated that all homes in the Jenin Refugee Camp have been "completely or partially destroyed."

Jenin and its camp have been occupied by the IDF for 98 days and was previously known as the capital of Palestinian resistance in The West Bank. Israeli forces continue to conduct active bulldozing operations in the camp which has been empty of militants for months.

⚡️🇺🇸 Defense One reports that the US Army has "unexpectedly" discovered that it "doesn't need" the M10 Booker "light" or "medium" tank and doesn't know how to use it.

The vehicle began development in 2013 under the Mobile Protected Firepower (MPF) program to meet the 82nd Airborne Division's requirements as an airdroppable tank to replace the M551 Sheridan, but has ultimately evolved into a 42-ton vehicle nominally designed to support infantry and light infantry units.

The M10 is also too heavy for standard infantry garrison infrastructure (in particular, at Fort Campbell, 8 of the 11 bridges can't support it). In total, the US Army planned to purchase 504 M10 tanks, assigning them in separate companies of 14 vehicles to infantry brigades, and in 2022, General Dynamics received a contract for the first 96 production units, with the first 42 to be delivered by July 1, 2025.

However, deliveries have not yet begun, and only a few modified vehicles from the pilot batch are in service.
