In the past, the numerous weapon shipments were public, and detailed. It was possible to know what was sent and their exact number, even for the most critical system.

A bunker-busting missile (presumably a SCALP-EG) was used to create a hole in the runway.

Such strikes do not destroy any equipement if not a portion of the runway but deny the use of the airfield for several hours. Several precise hits are required to completely disable a runway.
