- I do not support Minister Ghassan Salameh's approach on hezbollah weapons, despite my respect for him. He is "lost on the issue," and Hezbollah has been "violating the state" for 30 years.

- Dialogue sessions have never yielded results, but this time, the decision is made regarding Hezbollah's weapons, and the government under Najib Mikati signed the ceasefire agreement, which ensures all weapons are under the control of the Lebanese state.

- The President did not propose a dialogue table about weapons but will engage in talks with Hezbollah.

- The idea of "South and North Litani" is an innovation with no basis, and Rafik Hariri was assassinated because he wanted to restrict weapons to the state and was believed to have been behind the issuance of Resolution 1559.

- There is a significant ideological gap between us and Hezbollah, but this has not stopped us from cooperating with them in parliament or the government. However, it's "either we have a state or we don't."

- This time, "there's no joking." Our reference is the ceasefire agreement, UNSC Resolutions 1701 and 1559, and the Taif Agreement, none of which talk about South and North Litani.

- I told Ortagus that Lebanon's demand is to live in a state, restrict weapons to the state, and for Israel to withdraw from the South.

- Lebanon must inform the Americans of its readiness to implement the ceasefire agreement within a specified period, and every opportunity we waste "has its consequences." We must recognize this.

Hyundai Heavy Industries claims to be capable of building 5 Aegis-equipped destroyers every year, enough to meet domestic and American needs. Furthermore Aegis is the American-made Intergrated Air Defense System used in the US Navy.
