In late July, Russia launched a second group of 16 satellites, which — at a similar deployment pace — should provide two additional connectivity "windows" by October–November. At this rate, launching new satellite groups roughly every four months, Russia is on track to achieve round-the-clock coverage over Ukraine by mid-summer 2027.
