Struggling with the Stardew Valley mines again and I think I finally get why people love them so much
I have been replaying Stardew Valley for the first time in years and I forgot how intense the early mine levels feel when you are undergeared and always out of energy. I kept telling myself that I would just go down a few floors and leave, but somehow I always end up chasing one more ladder and then sprinting back to the elevator with ten health left. What surprised me this time is how much the mines actually change the rhythm of the whole playthrough. On farming days I feel relaxed, but on mining days it becomes this small adventure where everything matters. Food matters, timing matters, inventory space matters. It is such a simple system but it hits so hard. Do you guys also split your weeks mentally into farm days and mine days, or am I just overthinking it again?
