Need Advice for Platsa Doors
Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I’m at my wits end.
I’m a victim of the Platsa discontinued 80x120cm frames. I was planning on getting some new furniture together with the doors and just found out it’s being discontinued.
I used 2 frames (stacked on top of each other) as a wardrobe and I originally intended to leave it open (without doors) but with my current living arrangement, I need the doors.
The only doors they have on last chance to buy are the Sannidal 40x120cm doors in blue which I’m not a fan of. I know Ikea does their hinges and doors accordingly to the respective system, but is there really no hope for a door anymore?
I don’t mind it’s single or double doors and the height doesn’t reach 240cm. On the top frame, I had a shelf interior and I’m flexible in adjusting it from 190 -210cm (and even more as long as I get doors for it).
I’ll appreciate any advice, help, hack or alternative to this!

Any hacks for off-gassing furniture?
TLDR we have had a wardrobe from the Radmanso series for 6 weeks. We thought the drawers were getting better but now that we've been keeping them closed... It seems we were wrong. It's significantly worse than typical IKEA smell.
We love this item and have plans to build it in more and alter it with wallpaper and art. Any hacks that may let us keep it?

Assembled shelf on billy bookshelf wrong
I’ve noticed (6months later…) that I assembled one of my bookshelf one above than I should have, at this point I’m not going to take it apart.
Is there anything I need to do? There is a slight gap where the shelf fits in.

Spänd table legs with 3/4in (19mm) table top
So I have an old laminate tabletop that I'd like to use. It's missing a pair of legs so I thought about getting some ikea Spänd legs (regular and w/ storage).
Unfortunately the instructions warns about tabletops thinner than 1 in (25mm) which is my case. The included screws (10074054 6.2x40 Euroscrews) would simply poke out. I also will need to drill my own pilot holes.
I'm thinking about doing the following and trying to figure out if it would work :
\- screw a 15mm M6 threaded inserts inside the tabletop
\- use a 35mm M6 machine screw to attach the legs to tabletop

Ikea malomrade - mounting heavier displays?
I'm interested in buying this desk, but I've got a 49 inch monitor that weights almost 12 kg. According to specs these mounts support up to 7 kg displays.
Did anyone try mounting heavier monitors on these vesas? Are there any replacement vesa mounts for that rail that could support what I've got?
Also, is that board skadis or not? Can't find any info but apparently it has different sized holes/pitch.

Bookcase wall
Looking to build out a bookcase wall along a 3.2m wide x 2.4m high wall. I have inherited some 120 besta units to run along the bottom with a 0.2m left over that I will infill with some timber. So the remaining height is for bookcases. With my base built + the besta units and a top mdf sheet, i'm left with about 1.9m. This sits in an awkward band for Billy bookcases, and wanted to know peoples experience with trimming down Billys to suit awkward heights like this? I have a Mitre table saw, but not sure if this will just split it?
