If you are experiencing connection issues (can not connect, slow speeds, etc.) with Plus Messenger, this can be due to a number of factors.
These can be but are not limited to: extreme load on Telegram’s servers, ISP throttling Telegram, ISP blocking Telegram’s servers, bad network connection, network overloaded (too many people using network at once), Telegram throttling speeds for your connection, your device is slow, etc.
If your ISP is throttling/blocking Telegram, then you can use a proxy to bypass the restriction.
If it is your connection that has issues, we can’t assist. Use a different network and try again.
To check if there is some issue with Telegram DataCenters you can look at this channel. If some of those gifs doesn't load it might mean there is an issue with the connection to that DataCenter.
⚠️ Please note: internet speed does not matter. You can have a 1 Gbps connection, but if your ISP throttles Telegram to 1 Kbps this is the limit for Telegram communications.
Keep in mind, Plus Messenger is simply a Telegram client. You are connecting to Telegram’s servers when you use Plus Messenger. Therefore, connection issues are between you, your ISP, and Telegram themselves.
Some Android users (i.g. Oppo/Realme/Vivo) reported that their Telegram app auto download media to their gallery.
They already go to the Settings and toggle off the setting as usual but still the media auto-downloaded to their gallery.
How to fix
1️⃣ Open a file manager app (i.g. Amaze File Manager, Solid Explorer). Go to Internal Storage > Telegram > Telegram Audio/Documents/Images/Video
2️⃣ Create a “.nomedia” file using file manager in those folder.

How do I delete my account?
Only delete your account if you no longer want to use Telegram. You may not be able to sign up again immediately.

These chats are only for the technical part of the plus messenger, and should remain clear of offtopic messages.
When Telegram first introduced public chats in March 14, 2016, Iranians and some other countries were banned to join public chats. Telegram is the most popular IM in Iran so there are many spammers from Iran.
Recently Telegram removed this restriction. Iranian users can now join to public chats but In read_only mode,
Which means they can only read the messages of the group, but they can't send any messages.
Iranian users can create public chats with their Iranian numbers, join to the public chats which have Iranian owner and send messages there.
Please pay attention, This restriction is from Telegram only. The admins of the public chats have nothing to do with that and they can not solve this problem.

FOLDERS
Plus Messenger supports Telegram folders. Here are some important notes about folders.
1. Folders settings are available here: App menu » Settings » Chat Folders.
2. Plus Messenger supports both Local folders (you know them as tabs) and Cloud folders. Cloud folders are synchronizing among all your devices and apps. Local folders are displayed only in Plus Messenger where you've added them.
There is "Local folder" label near each local folder. Cloud folders do not have such label.
Recommended folders are displayed on the top of folders settings screen. Plus can recommend both local and cloud folders.
Added folders are displayed in the bottom of this screen. Also both local and cloud folders.
To add new cloud folder please tap "Create New Folder" button in the bottom or "Add" button near recommended cloud folder.
To add local folder tap "Add" near corresponding local folder.
💡 We recommend using cloud folders, not local. They are stored on Telegram servers so you will not lose them on app bug or reinstalling.
3. If you send some chat to Archive and it does not disappear from folder then check that folder settings: archived chats are probably not added to its "Excluded Chats":
- Go to App menu » Settings » Chat Folders
- Tap on needed folder
- Check "Excluded chats' partition.
If there are no "Archived" then tap on "Exclude" button and then on "Archived".
4. If you add cloud folders but they are still not displayed then check if mods Hide tabs/folders and Hide cloud folders are OFF.

Why don't you add ghost mode feature to Plus Messenger?
Because it againsts Telegram API Terms of Service.

How to convert my group to supergroup?
To convert a normal group to a supergroup, do any of the following:
• Make the group public.
• Change group chat history visibility.
• Restrict a member.
• Change admin permissions or admin title.
• Activate 'Slow Mode'.
• Link group to a channel.
• Import group chat from other app.
The group will also become supergroup automatically when its members reach 196.
Note:
"The group was upgraded to a supergroup" notification won’t show on Plus Messenger v5.2 and newer.
