Recently my chat group as got restricted by telegram and it says the group violates the telegram policy, but it was clearly a mistake, the group had not violated any policies of telegram, and still it got restricted. And I don't know what to do.. the appeal option in the abuse notification is also not responding anything after sending the message of my group violated the telegram policy. Please someone tell me is there any option to retrieve my telegram group.

If the issue is not present in the official app, then
1. Try to repair Plus Messenger: /channel/plusmsgrfaq/32

This actually made it worse since before enabling this closing telegram and openinh it again would fix the issue, but since this keeps it running in the background this trick no longer works, how can i disable push connection
Btw everyone in my countrey, iraq, is facing this issue, i personaly habe two conputers, one is a mac and one is on windows, both habe this issue on official client, my phone has the same issue on plus and official, and telegram has this issue in the whole country i think, im not sure about iraq but definitely kurdistan which is a region there

Block users means the user will be permanently banned.
Removal is a ban and direct unban (kick)
