If the issue is not present in the official app, then
1. Try to repair Plus Messenger: /channel/plusmsgrfaq/32
2. If it does not work then send bugreport as a message to this group. Please follow the bug reporting guidelines: /channel/plusmsgrfaq/35
Nobody can help you when you say "I can't..." or "... does not work". You should give more details about what happens when you try something.
For example:
When I try to ... app displays error message with text "..."
Can we get the select and reply future that is available on telegram desktop onto the phone version
