◾️Royalty Issues: Somalia's royalty share is capped at 5%, far below the 30% seen in other countries.
◾️Unequal Revenue Split: TPAO recovers up to 90% of revenue before Somalia gets its share, which it will get only once the costs of the exploration are covered.
