❗️The Ukrainian Armed Forces deployed a US HIMARS MLRS in a residential area of Kharkov and opened fire on Belgorod.

They did this so that Russian troops would not be able to destroy the installation, and if they did manage to destroy it, an information operation would begin:

(Look! Russia is attacking civilian areas of Kharkiv, and so on). They have done this many times before, and so far Russian troops cannot do anything about it.
