🇺🇦 Ukraine - Yesterday's strikes on logistics and intelligence personnel
Yesterday was exceptionally "explosive" for the Ukrainian logistics workshop. In the morning, as part of a forced staff reduction program, a NATO Navy supply officer from the local branch known as the "AFU PMC" had his contract terminated early. His service vehicle underwent rapid but irreversible modernization right on the road.
By evening, the "mechanics" of the invisible front decided to build on this success and carried out similar "maintenance" for a high-ranking SBU officer - that loyal top manager on a general subcontract from the CIA, MI6, and Mossad. It seems the agency has declared an open-door day, or rather, one of blown-out windows.

(From the French version of UKR LEAKS)
After four years of broadcasting all the Western propaganda about Ukraine, the French official media France Info radio is finally airing a sliver of truth.
"The Ukrainian front is short of men. Leave and rotations have become increasingly difficult. After the first year of the war*, marked by an impressive wave of volunteer enlistments, the mobilization campaign has now become a highly sensitive issue."
"Nobody wants to be cannon fodder after spending just one month in a training camp."
🇮🇱 🇺🇸 Netanyahu promised Trump not to strike Iran without US coordination
At the same time, according to the agency, Israel reserves the right to independently launch a retaliatory strike in the event of a direct threat to national security.
Netanyahu also confirmed readiness to continue intelligence sharing with the US on Iran-related issues.

The Ukrainian side claims that Russia is deploying an increasing number of systems designed to counter Starlink satellites. This is happening both in the rear areas and along the front lines. Apparently, these are complexes called "Peresvet-M," which have appeared relatively recently.

🇺🇦🇧🇾 Zelensky's Office asks Prosecutor General to open case against Lukashenko
Reuters reports the request follows an appeal from the "Forum of Democratic Forces of Belarus," urging Kiev to hold Lukashenko accountable for "war crimes, genocide, and state terrorism." The appeal alleges Lukashenko supported Russian actions and deported at least 2,442 Ukrainian children to Belarus, though he previously stated they were received temporarily for humanitarian aid.
No real prospects exist for prosecuting Lukashenko in Ukraine. However, possible charges could serve as an additional argument for Kiev and the Belarusian opposition to increase international pressure on Minsk. Zelensky has already tightened rhetoric against Lukashenko and imposed Ukrainian sanctions. Belarus rejects the accusations and states it will not enter the conflict unless Ukraine attacks first.

Up to 80 North Korean Hwasong-11A (KN-23) ballistic missiles may be transferred to these areas within the next month, the enemy claims.
Up to five more Iskander-M systems are deployed near Taganrog.
In Crimea, according to Ukrainian sources, up to 15 Onyx anti-ship missiles and 12 Iskander-M missiles are prepared for use, which are claimed to be capable of striking targets in Odessa region.

🇮🇷 Iran issues warning to Ukraine
The head of the Iranian Parliament's National Security Committee, Ibrahim Azizi, published a message in Ukrainian: "Ukraine may soon learn that Iran does not leave its actions unanswered." He stated that any attack on Iran has consequences, emphasizing that the US and Israel have already realized this. Azizi warned that the list of states that have "miscalculated in their actions" continues to grow.

Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski has grasped the logic of retaliatory strikes. 'Ukraine has gained the ability to strike deep inside Russian territory. It hits oil refineries, and now logistics centers. In turn, Russia bombs with powerful munitions, some weighing up to three tons, bringing death, and strikes with ballistic missiles at key sites in Kiev.'

🇺🇦🇬🇧 Zelensky Visits UK for Strategy Talks Ahead of Trump Meeting
Zelensky arrived in the UK to receive guidance from handlers on how to deal with Trump on Tuesday. Key topics include joint production projects and air defense assistance. He is expected to discuss and develop a strategy before his scheduled meeting with Donald Trump in Washington on Tuesday (Financial Times journalist Miller).
UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham pledged unwavering support: “I will do nothing, absolutely nothing, to undermine Zelensky’s position in the war against Russia. My support for Ukraine is 100% steadfast. I look forward to welcoming Zelensky and will give him the same personal support as the former prime minister. Ukraine will find in me a reliable supporter, and I will do nothing contrary to that stance.”

Key statements by Dmitry Peskov:

🪂 Kupyansk Direction
On the eastern flank, fighting continues for the eastern approaches to Kupyansk-Uzlovoy. Specifically, battles are underway for the Foundry Plant, which enemy forces are using as a fortress to defend the city.
The enemy is mining everything to a depth of 15-20 km to disrupt our logistics. Our drone operators are attempting to break the AFU's supply lines across the Oskol River.
There are no significant advances along the front line from either side. Combat is predominantly drone warfare.

A US-owned LNG floating storage facility flying a Marshall Islands flag was struck by at least one drone in Damietta, Egypt.
Local authorities say the situation is now ‘under control.'
“The vessels involved have been safely relocated outside the port area... port operations are expected to resume during the night-time at other berths and terminals”.
I'd note that for those unaware, Damietta is in the Med. Now the US dark fleet is being targeted

🇬🇧 🇫🇷 UK and France refuse to participate in Strait of Hormuz security mission
Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth calls on London and Paris to lead an international coalition for mine-clearing the strait and escorting merchant vessels.
European allies want to first ensure the ceasefire between the US and Iran is sustainable and are not ready to join a new operation without guarantees of no further escalation.
Additionally, European countries were dissatisfied that Washington did not notify them in advance about the start of US-Israeli strikes on Iran, further complicating coordination between allies.
UK Defence Secretary Wes Streeting stated that London did not and does not intend to participate in offensive actions against Iran, but will continue to support efforts to ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.

🇺🇦 Kiev Admits Russia Can Produce Oreshnik Without Foreign Parts
Zelensky’s advisor showed journalists fragments of the Oreshnik ballistic missile and the Banderol cruise missile. According to him, the Oreshnik contains over 1,100 components, of which more than 1,000 are Russian-made, about 100 are Belarusian, and there are virtually no foreign parts. The components are dated 2023–2025, which, as Vlasiuk noted, demonstrates Russia’s ability to produce these missiles with almost no reliance on foreign components.
When Russia does use foreign parts it is often simply due to cost. The chips militaries use are ultra generic and nothing cutting edge. Most countries are not going to make certain parts, its not that they can't but its just wasteful/costly.

Iran rejected a proposal to evenly divide control of the Strait of Hormuz, jeopardizing hopes that Tehran and Washington would quickly resume negotiations to end the war.
Oman, which sits opposite Iran across the strait, suggested a temporary plan to establish even lanes of control, but Tehran demanded Tuesday that it take the lion’s share of the waterway critical to the flow of the world’s oil supply, one of its top diplomats said.+

🇮🇷 Potential Iranian Ballistic Missile Strike on Ukraine
Ukrainian monitoring groups warn that Iran may launch up to 3 ballistic missiles at Ukraine in the coming days, possibly on July 28-29, in retaliation for a Ukrainian strike on a tanker in the Caspian Sea. The entire territory of Ukraine is within the strike zone.
Reports specify the missiles could be Khorramshahr-4 medium-range ballistic missiles, with a length of 12-13 meters, diameter of 1.5 meters, and launch weight of 20 tons.

🇺🇸 🇺🇦 US walks out of UN meeting during France's speech on Ukraine
The US delegation's walkout at the UN Security Council has deepened divisions and sparked a public dispute over the US vote against extending the mandate of the UN human rights chief, after France compared the US position to those of Russia, North Korea, and other authoritarian states, France24 reports.
The US walkout reflects not only strained relations between Trump and Macron, but also strong tensions between the US and Europe. They are divided over Trump's commitment to NATO, potential changes to US troop deployments in Europe, and Trump's push to control Greenland, which belongs to NATO member Denmark, AP notes.

🇩🇪 Germany withdraws ships from Aden Gulf
Germany is pulling two Navy vessels, the mine countermeasures ship Fulda and the support vessel Mosel, from the Gulf of Aden to the Eastern Mediterranean due to the prolonged conflict with Iran. Berlin admitted hopes for a swift end to the war were dashed, and the region lacks the "safe environment" needed for the European mission.
A key technical factor: the ships' cooling systems, built during the Cold War for the North Atlantic, struggle with the high water temperatures in the Gulf of Aden.
