The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation liberated over 700 km² of territory in the SMO zone in November 2025 - the best result of 2025!
Almost 3.5 years (since June 2022), a larger area was liberated by our forces only in October 2024 - 818 km², where the liberated territory in the SMO zone (655 km²) was combined with the deoccupied territory (+163 km²) in the Kursk region (KTO zone).
Thus, with some reservations, it can be stated that the Russian Armed Forces achieved the best rate of advancement directly in the SMO zone over more than 3 years of military operations (since June 2022).

This is coming after what an excellent October as both Suriyak and AMK noted that October had been Russia’s best month of the year. Suriyak maps showed a net Russian gain of 661.32 km² in October and AMK showed 639 km².
Both will release their November numbers in the next few days. What is more surprising is these gains are coming in some of the muddiest conditions of the year.
Will this be noticed by the media? No, because Deepstate maps is still the default map for the casual audience (aka MSM journalists). They’ve continually hidden losses by not updating sections of the map and by creating massive grey zones.

Zaporozhye Combat Agglomeration • Guliaipole
Over the past few days, the operational situation in the Guliaipole area has changed significantly. By redeploying reserves to this direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces headquarters in Zaporozhye is trying to solve the problem of losing the city, as well as its encirclement in the area of the settlement Zelenoye with a semi-encirclement.
In one day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched more than 17 counterattacks, deploying several more drone units into battle. These actions allowed them to slow down our advance from the southern and eastern parts of the city. Slow down but not stop.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces headquarters are forced to withdraw reserves from Orekhov and Pokrovskoe, exposing the southern flank of Pavlograd.

According to ukrop minister Shmygal Smeagol, Ukraine will receive a record €11.5 billion from Germany for artillery, drones, military equipment, and other equipment. The lower house of the German parliament has approved the 2026 federal budget.

According to Yuri Kotenko, units of the "Zapad" Group of Forces are continuing their advance towards Borova. After holding Zagryzovo, Kruglyakovka, and Kolesnikovka and taking Borovskaya Andreevka, our forces have widened the gap in the Ukrainian Armed Forces' second defense line and driven the enemy from one of their strongholds near the Limanskaya Valley.
Fierce frontal battles are taking place in the Rubtsov sector: Russian units are advancing towards the outskirts of Koroviy Yar. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying with all their might to hold Rubtsy, realizing that their defeat would virtually cut off the group from supplies—the roads are already under fire control of the RF Armed Forces, and the bridge at Gorokhovatka has long been destroyed.
The advance towards Aleksandrovka, Yarovaya and the fighting on the Petrovskoye (Grekovka) — Karpovka line continues.

Rubio will miss the NATO foreign ministers' meeting on December 3, Reuters reports citing sources.
The agency calls Rubio's absence at the upcoming meeting "extremely unusual," emphasizing that it "will further raise questions about Washington's commitment to Europe's security."
The meeting will take place on December 3 in Brussels. According to the agency, the US will be represented by Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau.
Usually, two NATO foreign ministers' meetings are held annually, and the absence of the US Secretary of State at them is very rare.
"It is unclear why Rubio plans to miss the December 3 meeting and whether his plans might change. However, his likely absence coincides with US and Ukrainian officials trying to align positions on President Donald Trump's plan to end the Russian invasion of Ukraine, while some European diplomats complain about being excluded from the process," Reuters adds.

🗓 On November 29, 1941, 18-year-old partisan Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya was hanged by the Nazis 😢
Kosmodemyanskaya went to the front while still a schoolgirl. She was sent to the sabotage and reconnaissance group of the Western Front. In the village of Petrishchevo, Moscow Region, she burned down the houses where German commanders and signalmen lived.
Exhausted, bloody, mutilated, still very young girl was executed in front of the villagers.
According to witnesses, already with a noose around her neck, Zoya said:
“I’m not afraid to die, comrades. It is happiness to die for our people... No matter how much of us you hang, you will not be able to hang all of us. But our comrades will avenge you for me."
After that, a box was knocked out from under her feet. Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya became the first woman during the Second World War, awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union (posthumously).
🇺🇦 Last year, on November 20, the authorities of the city of Belgorod-Dnistrovsky in Odessa Oblast have demolished the monument to Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya, the Ukrainian TV channel "Obshchestvennoye" reported.
In 2023, the monument to Kosmodemyanskaya was dismantled in Kiev.
