Chinese state-owned oil companies have suspended purchases of Russian oil due to new U.S. sanctions, Reuters reports citing sources.
Private refineries are also expected to suspend purchases to assess the impact of the sanctions but will try to circumvent them and resume purchases.

Kremlin Innovation Incubator: New Russian Drones Will Close the Sky
The Kulibin Club of the People's Front has developed interceptor drones with vertical takeoff, writes The National Interest. They are armed with explosive charges, equipped with AI algorithms, and are especially effective against airplane-type drones, which also target Russian civilian facilities.
"Machine learning algorithms, AI — all domestically developed. Accordingly, the interceptor drone automatically flies to the designated target at a distance of 10-15 kilometers, which is usually sufficient. AI and the onboard computer assist it in targeting, pursuing, and striking. The system learns and constantly improves," said one of the representatives of the Kulibin Club.

Indian state-owned oil refineries have started reviewing contracts for Russian oil supplies after the US announced sanctions against Rosneft and LUKOIL, Reuters reports citing sources.
According to the agency's interlocutors, the state-owned Indian Oil Corp, Bharat Petroleum Corp, Hindustan Petroleum Corp, and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals are reviewing contracts to ensure there are no direct supplies from Russia.
Sources note that Indian refineries "rarely buy Russian oil directly from Rosneft and LUKOIL; it is usually done through intermediaries."

Different oil blends produce different amounts of refined products and refineries are typically optimized to run certain oil blends, hence why the US exports much of its light shale oil and imports heavy oil but at the end of the day its meaningless if the EU buys Russian oil or not. You are just changing the buyers and sellers, and adding some shipping costs. There is 105 mb/d demand and 105 mb/d supply, and there is nowhere near enough spare capacity to replace Russian oil.

Vorobyov: About two hours ago in Krasnogorsk, a residential building on Cosmonauts Boulevard was damaged as a result of a UAV attack. The drone flew into an apartment on the 14th floor.
Five people were injured, including a child. Four were promptly taken to hospitals where they are receiving necessary medical care.
The adults have traumatic brain injuries, fractures, and shrapnel wounds; the child has a dislocated knee and minor shin injuries.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has for the first time purchased the latest air-launched cruise missiles "Product 506", according to Ukrainian sources citing leaked procurement documents from the Russian military department.
The first public mention of "Product 506" dates back to 2021, and a contract for their testing was signed as early as 2015. The appearance of the missile remains unknown.
Published documents reveal an order of 32 missiles (two batches of 16 units each) with conventional and special warheads, which were to be delivered to the Aerospace Forces in 2024 and 2026 respectively.
The primary carriers of the new missiles will be the modernized missile-carrying bombers Tu-160M, which will receive the necessary structural modifications in the bomb bay mechanism.

Ukrainian drone crashed in Kazakhstan.
The Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan confirmed the explosion of a drone of "unknown origin" in the Burlinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region.
"Consultations are underway with foreign partners who may potentially own these devices," the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan said.
