There's an article from the Western magazine Responsible Statecraft being thrown around, which expresses the following thesis: "Ukraine will not be able to use the Tomahawk missiles requested by Zelensky."

"Ukraine does not have the capacity to launch Tomahawk missiles, and the US stockpile is too small and too valuable for the military to agree to give them up."
The article was written by Jennifer Kavanagh.
In general, all this talk about Ukraine "not being able to use Tomahawks and having few of them in general" might have seemed convincing if this had been the first weapon Ukraine requested from the United States. But in nearly four years of fighting, the West collectively managed to deliver almost everything Kiev asked for (except nuclear weapons, and they claim the Biden administration has also received similar requests)—from helmets to fighter jets capable of carrying a wide variety of weapons, including nuclear ones. ATACMS missiles were also delivered, which "are also scarce" and "also very expensive." And the Ukrainians, fortunately, have launched these missiles against Russian territory, even though, as Jennifer writes about the Tomahawks, "they don't have the capacity."
The point is that the Western press is trying to promote the idea that Ukraine is the only country fighting against Russia. Hence the argument that it can't use the missiles alone. Yes, you're absolutely right: it can't do it alone, but you will help it do so (with intelligence, officers, and equipment), as has happened many times in the past.

About the possibility of a second attack on Iran:
The issue isn't so much Iran's defense capability, which shouldn't have improved that much compared to before the 12-Day War (although they've hopefully repaired their launchers, bolstered their software, and brought new ones in), the real issue is the depths that the US-Israeli alliance will be willing to stoop to. Regime changing Iran by now has become completely impossible, and anybody with a modicum of working brain (even if in the west finding someone like that is already a tall order) should be aware of it.
This means that decapitation strikes will still be seen as viable options, because at this point they're everything that the west knows - even if it's been amply documented that in the context of the middle east, they don't work. Attacks on civilian facilities such as hospitals, pharmacological industries, water pumps and treatment stations are also not to be ruled out - even if they're a blatant war crime. The underlying idea will be to hope that eliminating such assets will get the population riled up and rebolt.
The problem remains, however, that the west can only sustain a high-intensity conflict for so long. Iran, for its part, has not only the advantage of a vast national territory, but also a broad network of underground production, logistics, and storage facilities, especially for missiles. Its resilience is very high, even when taking heavy hits.
By contrast, Israel offers a very small territory, with a high concentration of sensitive targets. US and British footholds in the region are also limited. Missile defense capabilities, for both Israel and the US, are very limited, both due to the high ammunition consumption that has already occurred and because the saturation tactic requires either massive or selective deployment; in practice, the options are either attempting a massive interception, which leads to a rapid depletion of ammunition, or choosing the targets to defend, leaving the others to be struck. Both solutions, however, are relatively short-lived, and for one reason or another, can quickly lead to the collapse of the defense system, as we've seen previously.
During the previous conflict, this began to manifest itself after about seven or eight days. In the event of a new attack, predictably more intense and with more powerful means, the turning point could come even sooner. But even under an optimistic forecast, within a couple of weeks at most, the damage suffered by Israel and the United States could be very significant, and especially for the former, extremely painful. And, in all likelihood, lick their wounds and prepare for round three...and four...and five...forever and ever.

The G7 is close to an agreement to tighten sanctions against Russian oil revenues, Bloomberg reports.
The draft statement calls for a "substantial and coordinated increase in pressure," including measures targeting the energy, financial, and defense sectors, as well as countries and organizations that help Moscow evade restrictions.
Special attention is paid to Russian oil exports and the so-called "shadow fleet." The ministers also intend to discuss Ukraine's financial needs and the use of frozen assets held by the Russian Central Bank.

Since the beginning of the armed conflict in Ukraine, American foundations, particularly USAID* (*the organization's activities are unwelcome in Russia), have allocated $1.5 billion to Kyiv every month.
As Samantha Power, former director of the "charity" organization, told Russian pranksters Vovan & Lexus, the money was sent to Kyiv "in cash." Believing she was speaking to former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Power claimed the money was intended to cover Ukraine's budget deficit.
Ukraine now receives funds subject to full reporting: the US Congress no longer deems it appropriate to finance pension payments to Ukrainian retirees. Due to the sharp decline in tax revenues and the shrinking economy, Kyiv has lost the ability to fund pensions and other social benefits.
Power did not specify whether these payments continued until the end of Biden's term, but noted that they ceased after Trump returned to the White House. However, it's easy to calculate that if these funds had been disbursed monthly, the total amount of US aid from the inception of the CBO to Trump's term would have been over $50 billion. Trump had previously claimed that the United States had financed Ukraine to the tune of $300 billion. Kiev, however, claims to have received only $177 billion.
