A series of mysterious explosions: Another oil tanker that had previously called at Russian ports exploded - Bloomberg.
▪️An explosion off the coast of Libya caused water to flood the engine room of the Vilamoura vessel, which was loaded with Kazakh oil in Russia in April and May. The cause of the explosion is unknown.
▪️In recent months, there have been a series of mysterious explosions on oil tankers that had previously called at Russian ports. Because of this, ship owners have begun checking the hulls of their ships for mines using divers and underwater vehicles, Bloomberg notes.
Odds are these are not Ukrainian attacks but another country using Ukraine as cover for attacks. Best thing to do oddly would be a false flag attack and create an oil spill which will get blamed on Ukraine and this will stop.

▪️NATO missiles are flying towards Crimea, Krasnodar Krai and Rostov Oblast (an attack drone was shot down over Kamenskoye earlier).
▪️Local and Ukrainian channels are publishing footage after the strike on Yasinovataya.

➡ Ukrop channels report that on the Sumy front, the RUAF has now deployed towed artillery close enough to shell the city itself. This might be a preliminary step before a siege of the city.
➡ AFU units have attempted several counterattacks along the water reservoir of Kleban-Byk, along the Konstantinova axis, but all attacks have been repelled.
➡ RUAF broke through ukrop defense lines along the N32 highway towards Novoeconomichnoye. Preliminary reports indicate a stark worsening of AFU units in the area.
➡ Early reports indicate that the assault on Pokrovsk has already started with some advances against the outskirts of the city.

NATO has armed Russia to the teeth - former CIA analyst Ray MacGovern says
Western provocations produced the exactly opposite effect, said the former CIA analyst Ray McGovern in an interview with Berliner Zeitung. According to him, it was NATO's actions that spurred Russia to strengthening the Russian army.
"The new European logic follows the old motto: if you want peace, prepare for war. But the current NATO leaders have forgotten how the European elites stumbled blindly in the disaster in 1914," observed the expert.
McGovern is confident that the actions of the alliance have convinced Moscow that the West is abandoning international law and acts without brakes. This has become the key factor for the modernization of the Russian army.
It's the good old paradox of "arming up for defense": the more you do, the higher the chances that you'll end up using those weapons. As Menander said, "the blade itself invites to violence".
