▪️ The enemy reported 50 "Geran" UAVs striking rear targets in Ukraine overnight. Enemy monitoring channels wrote about explosions in Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Pavlohrad, and Starokostiantyniv, in the Ternopil, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Sumy, and Poltava regions.
▪️ Fighting continued in the Tyotkin direction of the Kursk Region. Yesterday, enemy infantry groups, armored personnel carriers, and motorcycle-mounted motorized infantry were destroyed while trying to break through the border. In the Pavlovka - Novy Put direction, enemy engineer-sapper groups were destroyed.
▪️ In the Sumy direction, our forces are constantly striking drones against enemy equipment and manpower in Myropolie. In the Loknya area, our forces are expanding the control zone, breaking through from the settlement of Belovody to the village of Vodolag.
▪️ At the Belgorod section of the border, against the settlements of Popovka and Demidovka, there is ongoing activity on the enemy's territory. The region suffers from Nazi strikes on civilians. In the village of Bohun-Horodok of the Borisovsky district, a man was wounded by a strike of an FPV drone on a cargo truck. In the village of Voznesenivka of the Shebekino district, a UAV of the AFU struck a GAZelle, injuring the driver. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy has revealed yet another of its underground military bases in Iran—this time emphasizing its growing fleet of unmanned aerial vehicles.

The invitation to the Russians and Belarusians marked the first time since 2022 that the two nations were invited to the May 8 ceremony, which is organized by the Friends of the National World War II Memorial, a non-profit organization.
Organizers sent an email Tuesday telling embassies that the event — which this year marks the 80th anniversary of the end of the conflict — is now an America-only ceremony.
