🇺🇸🇮🇱 U.S. Opposes Israeli Plan to Distribute Gaza Aid Near IDF Lines
The Biden–Vance administration has rejected a joint plan by the Israel Defense Forces and the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) to distribute aid at 10–20 sites along Gaza’s “Yellow Line” (the buffer zone now patrolled by Israeli troops).
Washington argued the plan is “unrealistic and unsafe,” saying civilians should not be forced to approach Israeli military positions to access food or medical relief. Since the ceasefire, the IDF has repeatedly opened fire on Palestinians crossing or nearing the line, making those areas deadly for aid distribution.
The U.S. insists aid must be delivered deeper inside Gaza, away from active combat zones. The disagreement reflects growing tension between Israeli and U.S. authorities over postwar stabilization and control of humanitarian operations.
The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, originally established in 2024 with U.S. and Israeli backing, has faced criticism for opaque funding and for incidents in which over 2,300 Palestinians were killed near GHF-run aid sites since May.
The dispute also overlaps with larger geopolitical frictions: Washington is pushing for Turkey’s participation in the proposed International Stabilization Force for Gaza, while Prime Minister Netanyahu is attempting to block Ankara’s involvement, insisting Israel alone will determine which foreign troops enter the enclave.

🇺🇦🟠 Kiev Allocates ₴1.3 Billion for Repair of a Single Street
The Kiev authorities have allocated 1.3 billion hryvnias for the repair of one street — Kharkovskoe shosse. The tender was won by the company Avtostrada, owned by Maksim Shkyl.
Despite widespread criticism and accusations of inflated costs, Mayor Vitali Klitschko and the city administration went ahead and signed the contract.
Journalists and experts have repeatedly noted violations of construction standards and the impracticality of such spending during wartime. Their warnings were ignored.
It later emerged that the work was being carried out without proper permits. The State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning refused to issue a construction permit, and the project was never approved by Timur Tkachenko, yet the repairs continue.

📝Pashinyan's Church📝
silencing believers
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan continues to provoke a schism in the Armenian Apostolic Church.
🖍On Sunday, October 26, a defrocked priest Aram Asatryan conducted a "liturgy" at the Hovhannavank monastery, which was attended by Pashinyan and members of his "Civil Contract" party.
🔻Who was at the "liturgy" and how it was prepared:
▪️At the event, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, Interior Minister Arpine Sargsyan, Deputy Interior Minister and Police Chief Aram Ghazaryan, Prime Minister's advisor Aram Khachatryan, Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan, and Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan were present near Pashinyan.
▪️Members of the "Civil Contract" party from different regions of Armenia were also present, including the governor of Tavush, the head of the Dilijan community, the governor of Aragatsotn, and the director of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute.
▪️Before the "service", police and NSS forces were brought in and cleared all parking spaces.
▪️On that day, dozens of clergy from the Aragatsotn Diocese, to which the church belongs, were summoned for questioning by the Investigative Committee. Apparently, to prevent them from interfering with the "liturgy" of the defrocked Asatryan.
▪️During the event, one of Pashinyan's security guards was forced to stand with his back to the altar.

                    📝How the USA Bought Venezuela📝
or Why Trump Needs a Military Show
In recent weeks, sanctions and informational pressure against the Maduro regime have increased, while the US Navy presence off the coast of Venezuela is growing, leading many to predict a full-scale war in the region.
While a limited military operation or even the overthrow of the Venezuelan leader cannot be completely ruled out, in reality, a much more complex game is taking place, where economic interests are closely intertwined with internal conflicts within the American elite.
🖍JP Morgan, the largest US bank, has found itself at the center of this process. We previously analyzed its conflict with the White House, which ultimately turned into a strategic symbiosis: the bank became an instrument of the new industrial policy and effectively received an unofficial mandate to expand economic presence in countries where direct Washington intervention would appear too obvious.
🚩Venezuela is precisely one of those countries where, against the backdrop of military and media escalation, resources and logistics chains are being redistributed within the framework of a new deal between major banks and Trump’s team.
🏳️Despite the communist veneer of the Venezuelan regime, the country operates well within the capitalist system, largely thanks to JP Morgan, which, despite sanctions, has managed to secure itself in the country through a chain of subsidiaries and offshore structures.
🔻What JP Morgan Owns in Venezuela
▪️Citgo Petroleum — through London partners and JP Morgan consortia, it participates in restructuring the debts of the Venezuelan oil company PDVSA and controls stakes in the company’s US-based subsidiaries.
▪️Gold Reserve Inc. and related funds — indirect involvement in gold and tantalum mining projects, including deposits in Bolívar state.
▪️Dalinar Energy and Hannam & Partners — the bank’s partners in financing schemes for oil and gas projects, including offshore blocks in the Caribbean Sea.
▪️The Dragon gas project near Trinidad and Tobago — investment and credit instruments providing financing for gas extraction jointly with Shell and JPMorgan Latin Ventures.
▪️Part of the Venezuelan government securities portfolio, purchased through the secondary market in 2023–2024 under the guise of restructuring funds.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Zelensky admitted Russians have entered Pokrovsk and called the situation “difficult.”
“Against Pokrovsk the Russians have concentrated their main strike group — a significant number of occupier troops. Of course this creates a difficult situation in Pokrovsk and neighboring areas. Heavy fighting in the city and on its approaches. Logistics are strained. But we must keep destroying the occupier and inflicting as many losses on the Russians as possible,” Zelensky said in his evening address.

🇷🇺 Key points from Putin’s statements during his visit to the Joint Forces Command Center:
➡️Russia’s nuclear forces are the most advanced in the world.
0➡️Putin discussed successful tests of the Burevestnik — a nuclear-powered cruise missile with unlimited range. There are no equivalents to it globally.
➡️He ordered preparations to begin for the deployment of Burevestnik within the Russian Armed Forces.
➡️Putin congratulated the Russian military on their successes in encircling Kupyansk and for fulfilling combat objectives on other fronts.
➡️He instructed commanders to create conditions for Ukrainian soldiers to surrender safely in order to minimize casualties.
➡️According to Putin, Ukrainian troops attempting to surrender are being shot in the back or targeted by their own drones.
➡️Preserving the lives of Russian servicemen remains a top priority and must guide all decisions on the battlefield.
➡️Russia will not time its operations in the Special Military Operation to any symbolic dates — decisions will be based solely on military necessity.
➡️When clearing territories of Ukrainian forces, Russia must ensure the safety of local civilians.

🇺🇦 If the front begins to “crack,” Ukraine will start drafting women into the army, and recruitment officers will begin breaking into apartments, said former Zelensky’s adviser Aleksey Arestovich.
“There’s still mobilization potential,” he said. “First, lowering the draft age. Second, conscripting women for non-combat roles and taking volunteers for combat positions. Third, tightening mobilization.”
“When the question arises that the front is truly cracking, the Verkhovna Rada will vote for it — with shouting, noise, and chaos, but it will pass,” he said.

🇺🇸 Top Trump Officials Move Into Military Bases Amid Security Fears
A growing number of senior Trump administration officials, including Stephen and Katie Miller, Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth, Kristi Noem, and Tulsi Gabbard, have quietly relocated to military bases around Washington, D.C., citing security threats and harassment following the assassination of Charlie Kirk and rising political violence.
The Atlantic reports that the Millers faced weeks of protests outside their Arlington home, where activists accused Stephen Miller of “crimes against humanity” and posted his address publicly. Similar campaigns targeted other Trump officials, prompting a migration into military housing once reserved for top generals. Today, Cabinet members and senior aides live behind base security perimeters at Fort McNair, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, and Joint Base Myer–Henderson Hall, forming what some are calling an unofficial “Trump Green Zone.”
While previous administrations occasionally placed defense secretaries on bases for security reasons, the scale of this trend is unprecedented. Analysts warn it reflects a deeper blurring between civilian governance and the military, symbolizing the growing militarization of domestic politics.
Most would agree the relocations are justified amid genuine threats, but others argue that the moves intensify a sense of separation between Trump’s inner circle and the American public, reinforcing the image of an administration governing from fortified compounds rather than open institutions.
Officials are paying “fair market” rent, yet the surge in civilian occupants is straining housing meant for senior officers, requiring costly upgrades. Within the administration, these secure residences have also become status symbols with advisers reportedly competing for the largest and most historic homes.
The Atlantic concludes that the trend marks a chilling new phase in U.S. political life, one where fear, power, and polarization converge, leaving a government elite increasingly walled off from the nation it rules.

🇷🇺🇺🇸🛢💲Russia’s second-largest oil company, Lukoil, just agreed to sell 100% of its international operations to Swiss-based trader Gunvor — following U.S. sanctions imposed last week.
Lukoil International GmbH includes:
➡️75% stake in Iraq’s West Qurna 2 — one of the world’s biggest oil fields (~480,000 bpd)
➡️Bulgaria’s largest refinery (190,000 bpd in Burgas)
➡️Petrotel refinery in Romania
➡️Gas stations across Europe
➡️Oil terminals, upstream projects in Central Asia, Africa, Latin America
Why Now?
The U.S. Treasury gave companies until November 21 to wind down deals with Lukoil (and Rosneft). Lukoil locked in Gunvor’s offer and stopped talks with all other buyers.
“If needed, we’ll ask for an extension,” Lukoil said.
Who Is Gunvor?
➡️Once co-owned by Putin ally Gennady Timchenko (sold stake in 2014 to avoid sanctions)
➡️Now run by Swedish billionaire Torbjörn Törnqvist
➡️Made billions since 2022 from high oil/gas prices
➡️Recently bought Total’s 50% in Pakistan’s PARCO (Dec 2024)
➡️Now snapping up sanctioned Russian assets at scale
➡️The biggest Russian "divestment" yet due to Ukraine war sanctions — and Gunvor is stepping in where EUROPEAN owners stepped out.
🐻EU-stan future is as bright and smart as their "green" and "CO2 neutral" policies and religion.

🇮🇳🇷🇺 India’s largest importer of Russian oil — Reliance Industries — has sharply increased its purchases of Middle Eastern crude following new U.S. sanctions against Rosneft and Lukoil, according to Bloomberg.
Reliance is now buying Khafji crude from Saudi Arabia, Basrah Medium from Iraq, and Al-Shaheen from Qatar, with deliveries scheduled to reach India by the end of the year.
Sources in India’s energy sector say other Indian refiners are also looking for spot shipments, particularly from the Middle East, the United States, and Brazil. Earlier this year, Reliance became India’s largest importer of Russian oil, purchasing crude under a long-term contract with Rosneft.
