Here is another instruction how to vote with gzil via mobile Zilpay in the latest proposal to reduce miners rewards.
This time via governance portal directly.
1) Open Zilpay on your phone
2) Tap on browser and key in "governance.zilliqa.com" in search.
3) Choose Governance ZIL
4) Tap on Active and scroll down a bit.
5) Choose the proposal about Halving of Mining Reward.
6) Scroll down. If you had gzils on your account when the snapshot was taken, you can vote.

Currently 10 million zil is the threshold to run a node. Ideally in PoS this is less and we get more nodes.
