* האומר "נכסיי לפלוני" - הגמרא מסתפקת אם ספר תורה כלול בכך.
* אפילו מי שסובר שאשה המקנה נכסים כדי להבריח אותם מבעלה אינה יכולה לחזור בה - זה רק באופן שלא גילתה דעתה במפורש שהנתינה היתה רק כדי להבריח מבעלה.
* כל שנתן מתנה באופן שאילו עמד מחוליו היה חוזר בו - יכול לחזור בו אף בהיותו חולה (ואף באופן בו חוזר מהמתנה רק כדי לתת את הנכסים למישהו אחר ולא לעצמו).

* הגמרא מכריעה להלכה שהמצווה נכסיו לאחרים מפני שסבר שעומד למות וניכר דבר זה מכלל דבריו - אינו צריך לעשות קנין, ודוקא אם מת לבסוף (ואם לא מת חוזר ואפילו אם עשו קנין).

There are two kinds of prayers. 1) is a prayer that we pray to G-d, and the 2nd) is a so called 'prayer' that we do with our own deeds.
If we really mean business, if we really want to make money, we hustle.
But If we sit back and say, "Let G-d do it; I'll pray to Him," then we don't really mean it. Money should fall from the sky? Of course we are willing to take it. But that's no willingness. Willingness means that we're ready to get up in the morning, and we never miss opening our shop office warehouse etc. on time; we're always there on time. We do the job done right!

* למסקנת הגמרא: בכל מקום במשנה שכתוב "קרקע" הכוונה היא לקרקע דווקא (אך במשנה במסכת פאה אין הכוונה דוקא לקרקע ונאמר בה "קרקע" אגב הרישא של המשנה).
* למסקנת הגמרא: בכל מקום במשנה שכתוב "כל שהוא" הכוונה היא שדי בכל שהוא ממש (אך במשנה במסכת חולין אין הכוונה דוקא לכל שהוא ונאמר בה "כל שהוא" אגב הרישא של המשנה).
* אדם שאמר שהוא מקנה את "מטלטליו" לפלוני, הדין הוא שאותו פלוני קנה את כל הכלים שלו חוץ מחטים ושעורים, אא"כ אמר שהוא מקנה לו את "כל מטלטליו"; ואם אמר שמקנה לו את "כל מטלטליו המטלטלים" קנה אפילו את החלק התחתון של הריחיים.
* הגמרא מסתפקת האם בלשון בני אדם עבדים נכללים בלשון קרקעות או מטלטלים, ומביאה שתי הוכחות שהם נכללים בלשון מטלטלים אך דוחה אותן.

* חמישה נותני מתנה הם שאין דינם חלוק מנותני מקצת עד שיכתבו את כל נכסיהם ואז דינם חלוק ממשיירי קצת ממנו: שכיב מרע, עבדו, אשתו, בניו, מברחת.
* האומר "נכסיי לפלוני" - גם הדברים הבאים נקראים נכסים: עבדים, קרקעות, בגדים, מעות, שטרות, בהמה, עופות, תפילין (והגמרא בעמוד הבא מסתפקת בנוגע לספר תורה).
