Please try the following:
- Make sure you are on the right network. (We recommend Polygon or Linea because these are cheaper than Ethereum mainnet.)
- Make sure you have funds in the wallet for paying gas fees.  (There is a limited budget for gasless locking or daily points claiming on Polygon or Linea. When the budget is exhausted, locking or claiming will have gas fees, but these are much lower than on Ethereum. For paying gas fees you need to have at least 1 USD of POL on Polygon or 1 USD of ETH on Linea.)
- Wait some time and try again
- Do hard refresh (Ctrl-F5) and try again
- Use another browser
- Use another device
- If you are using VPN, disable it
- If you are using an adblocker, disable it

This helped many users.
