Tienes que bajar la app Xiaomi comunity y estar activo por 30 días si no estoy mal. Y en perfil ( dentro de la app ) está la opción para desbloquear aún aI eso toma tiempo ya que ellos te darán una fecha y hora en específico para que lo haga Y se lo pueda desbloquear
