Take a look behind the XDAO curtain to see what's happening.

1️⃣ Choosing your DAO name and symbol is one of the most important steps in setting up your DAO, so take your time and make sure you get it right - because once you've chosen them, they can't be changed.

2️⃣ Now you can choose between 2 governance options! MULTISIG or CUSTOM.

3️⃣ With CUSTOM option, you can give members different voting power in your DAO.

4️⃣ Meanwhile, with NEW MULTISIG option the amount of Governance Tokens will be automatically set to 1 for everyone (equally distributed).

5️⃣ If you picked Multisig, your quorum will be based on the number of people that exist in your DAO. Super easy! 👍

The grand redesign will be done in three phases, with the first release starting in the spring. Here's what to expect:

Phase 1: Usability and Aesthetics 💅🏼 -

Our first priority is to improve the overall look and feel of XDAO. In this phase, users will have more freedom in customizing their DAO pages 🎨. We will provide in-platform tips 💡 and explanations on how to streamline the process of DAO management. We’ll also see the launch of our subscription plan. DAOs that previously paid for the subscription plan will be able to verify themselves through social media and get the blue check mark ✅

Phase 2: Upgraded Launchpad 🚀 -

Our second wave will focus on enhancing the launchpad making the crowdfunding process even more enjoyable. We'll add important features for DAOs with large memberships 📈, and improve the navigation experience for LP holders. This may include a dashboard with analytics of top DAOs and a verified DAO ecosystem📊

Phase 3: Rest of the Modules 🧭 -

Our third wave will focus on upgrading the rest of the modules and introducing additional features to enhance the user experience on their account pages. You can expect bug fixes and improvements 💪🏼 to make your experience even better 🔝
