One of the primary issues facing DAO is the absence of legal recognition. Many current DAOs are not legally safeguarded🛡, leaving members vulnerable to potential risks.

Hacks and attacks have also exploited the vulnerabilities of DAO and have single-handedly contributed to over 60% of DAO failures🥵. These hacks have taken advantage of DAO treasuries and created a weakness in decentralization.

Some DAOs also lack a structured system that manages their growth🌎. This however is a major concern as it can quickly lead to inefficiency and stagnation. Without a proper management system, DAOs will struggle to adapt to changing market conditions.
