What’s in the Crypto World?

Bitcoin

- On November 11, Bitcoin saw its largest single-day surge ever, with the price skyrocketing by over $8,000. By November 13, it reached a new all-time high, surpassing $93,000!

- Bitcoin has now overtaken silver in market capitalization, reaching $1.769 trillion. Its dominance in the crypto market continues to grow, now standing at 60% — the highest level since 2021.

- Google searches for “Bitcoin” have soared, hitting their highest point in the past two years.

Ethereum

- US crypto ETFs are maintaining their positive momentum. Just yesterday, the Bitcoin ETF sector saw net inflows totaling $817 million.

- Ethereum’s market cap has now surpassed that of one of the largest US banks, a global leader in healthcare products, and a popular streaming platform for movies and TV series.

- Over the last two weeks, crypto whales have acquired more than 430,000 ETH, equating to over $1.4 billion in investments.

- On November 14, approximately 4,450 BTC and 1,000 ETH were sold.

General Market Updates

- WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) reached an all-time high (ATH) of $22.47 on November 12, 2024.

- The total cryptocurrency market has exceeded the $3 trillion mark, with Bitcoin alone accounting for $1.75 trillion, or nearly 56% of the total market cap.

- Italy is considering lowering its proposed crypto tax rate from 42% to a more reasonable 28%.

Bitcoin (BTC)

On November 21, Bitcoin briefly reached a peak of $99,000!

Mining difficulty hit a new all-time high of 102.29T, a 0.64% increase from the previous update, with the network’s average hash rate now at 921.03 EH/s.

Bitcoin ETFs in the US recorded a massive inflow of over $1 billion in just three trading days.

Open interest in Bitcoin futures surged to an all-time high of $63.36 billion.

Bitcoin ETFs now hold over 5% of the total BTC supply (around 1.04 million BTC), which equals 95% of Satoshi Nakamoto’s estimated holdings (1.1 million BTC), according to CryptoQuant.

Ethereum (ETH)

Ethereum ETFs experienced a record-breaking weekly inflow of $515 million.

Solana (SOL)

On November 22, Solana reached a new all-time high of $264.

General Market Trends

Weekly trading volume for altcoins surpassed $300 billion for the first time since 2021.

Tron founder Justin Sun made headlines by purchasing a banana for $6 million.

A user lost $2,500 after falling victim to a fake Solana API generated by GPT.
