Due to Polygon's ongoing migration, the transfer function from your Main/Trade balance to your Collateral balance for Polygon (MATIC) has been temporarily disabled.

If you have MATIC in your Collateral balance, please transfer those funds to your Main or Trade balance. Ensure you hold other assets in your Collateral balance to open or maintain margin and perpetual positions.

Starting from September 9, 12 PM (UTC), MATIC held in your Collateral balance will no longer be usable for opening or maintaining margin and perpetual positions.

Asset Migration

Due to Polygon's migration process, deposits and withdrawals of MATIC in the ETH network were closed on September 4. Deposits and withdrawals in the POLYGON network will be closed on September 9 at 12 PM (UTC). All orders on the MATIC/BTC, MATIC/USD, MATIC/EUR, MATIC/USDT, and MATIC/TRY trading pairs will be automatically canceled.

Please note that the MATIC/USDT trading pair is also available for margin trading, and all positions on this pair will be automatically closed.

If you have an open Crypto Lending plan, please note that as part of the migration, the name and ticker will change from Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon (POL). These are the only changes that will occur. Your invested funds will remain in the plan, and payouts upon completion will follow the original terms.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we’ll let you know as soon as the update is done.

Big news for Polygon (MATIC) as the project's migration process is underway. Deposits, withdrawals, and trading are closed, and all orders on the MATIC trading pairs have been automatically canceled.
