Bitcoin 4H Chart
Bitcoin is looking a little heavy here, but at the same time it has failed to confirm multiple reversal attempts so far. A reclaim of 34.8k with at least one or two candles above that level could propel it toward 37.3, 39.6 levels next. If this is the start of consolidation, we could expect 32-33 levels to come into play and potentially that area around 30k as well. A key when scouting for intraday higher lows is oversold RSI (<30) on the 1H, while daily HL’s often form when the 4H chart reaches oversold.

BITCOIN & MARKET UPDATE
Historically, it's been a fact that Bitcoin always rallied hard after the prior halving events, following 9000%, 3000%, and 700% growth toward the subsequent peaks of the bull runs.
Bitcoin continues to consolidate within the trading range of $25-32k for the daily timeframe. Importantly, there has been a positive breakout above the 200-day simple moving average, as well as the 200-day BPRO Baseline after the false Bitcoin ETF news broke by Cointelefraph. The range breakout targets the $39k region, yet due to the proximity of a greater round number of $40000, it is recommended to account for the magical thinking, heuristics, mental shortcuts, and biases that many traders would face while Bitcoin gets closer to big round numbers. That may result in loss-averse order clustering toward the $40k objective, and Bitcoin can initially meet the opposing forces therein. Accounting for the bullish daily HTF Trailer BPRO trend setup, the overall trend sentiment is that it will persist further to the upside, more likely than it would be to reverse.
Meanwhile, the 12H timeframe performs a strong bullish push and promising bullish trend setup for the CTF Trailer, with the key CTF Stop at $28751. As long as this level is defended on a daily basis, the bulls should transpire more strength and persistence toward the higher prices.
On a short-term basis, the 4H Momentum Bands reveal bullish momentum with aggressive growth (slope increase), which suggests a strong uptrend signal - not the one to be countered.
Overall, the current price action resolves in line with the positive October seasonality and expectations.
