TürkiyeDAO has already partnered with the Istanbul Philharmonic Society to be the NGO coordinator on the ground in Türkiye. With 21.4% of students and 19.1% of teachers located in the affected areas, 8,000 schools impacted, and 70 completely destroyed.
The need for support has never been greater.
TurkiyeDAO will work with @PWRDAO in 2 stages:
⚡️Initiation stage: $1.2m Goal by July 2023 all funds raised held in escrow until then.
✊Action stage: If the goal of $1.2m is met all funds released for use by the DAO governors
If goal is not met, funds are repaid to donors. If the goal is met the next goal will be to build the school and PowerDAO governors will control how the money is spent. To be a governor you will need to stake your $POWER to the child DAO.
The UI of Power APP will soon be updated to allow for TurkiyeDAO to propose itself to YOU the community, and for YOU to get involved as a governor by staking your $POWER.
