* XTN burn spread reduced
The Neutrino team is convinced that these changes will bring more life to XTN market and stimulate further withdrawal of XTN from circulating supply.
We carefully reviewed the recent community feedback related to the latest voting for the idea. The community concerns about the quorum mechanics are clear and we have an idea of solution aimed at motivating users voting. We will share more info about it soon, so everyone can comment.
