What are WXG tokens?
WXG tokens are de-pegged wrapped stable coin tokens on the Waves chain. They have lost their $1 peg, and the buyback process, funded by WX trading fees, is intended to restore their value to $1 and make their holders whole. Once the price peg is restored, WX DAO holders will have the opportunity to sell their WXG tokens and profit from it.
Why are they added to the WX DAO treasury?
WXG tokens are included in the WX DAO treasury to allow participants in the WX DAO ecosystem to benefit from WX trading fees. The primary purpose of this inclusion is to facilitate the restoration of the $1 peg of WXG tokens by using the fees collected from trading activities, which, when successful, will enable WX DAO holders to sell WXG tokens and profit from the restored peg.
How are they added to the DAO treasury?
The WXG tokens are continuously repurchased using WX trading fees, and the acquired WXG tokens are contributed to the WXG DAO treasury on a weekly basis. This process is essential to support the goal of re-establishing the $1 peg of WXG tokens, which will ultimately allow WX DAO holders to sell their tokens and realize profits.

The WX DAO treasury is designed to create an almost automatic mechanism for increasing its value, especially during its initial six months of operation. There are three ways to become a member of WX DAO, and currently, two of them are accessible:
1. Stake WX tokens (or hold WX tokens that are already staked).
2. Deposit funds into the DAO treasury during the launch process. By doing so, you effectively purchase $pwr tokens that are staked within the DAO, without taking into account the treasury funds, which currently consist of 10 million WX tokens plus continuous additions of WXG tokens.
The third method will become available after the DAO has been officially launched. In this scenario, you will have the opportunity to stake your WX DAO tokens in the DAO treasury, and these tokens will be available for purchase.
The pricing will consider the growth of the treasury; it will be calculated as the price of $pwr token plus an additional 20% of the treasury's growth divided by the number of tokens.
