The second part of the great defeat of the column of Russian armored vehicles and infantry near Kupyansk on September 26 by the soldiers of the "Achilles" shock drone battalion of the 92nd assault brigade.
Russian forces included 50 units of heavy equipment in the attack, aiming to break through to the Oskol River near the village of Pishchane. This is a key direction of the enemy's offensive near Kupyansk, just one and a half kilometers from the river. However, thanks to the coordinated actions of units - the 77th separate airmobile brigade of the Air Assault Forces, the First Brigade of Operational Assignment "Bureviy", the 43rd separate mechanized brigade - our warriors managed to stop the enemy's breakthrough long before it reached Ukrainian positions.
In total, "Achilles" reported the destruction or damage of 40 units of Russian equipment on September 26 alone, each case was documented. Impressive efficiency!

Kharkiv Counteroffensive 2022: Battle of the Galician Airborne 🤍.
In the summer of 2022, a "strike fist" was secretly created from units of the Ground Forces 🇺🇦, Airborne Forces 🩷, Special Operations Forces 🇺🇦, and other military formations to drive the Russians out of Kharkiv region, with the goal of pushing Russian forces and their artillery as far away from Kharkiv as possible and improving the strategic position of Ukrainian forces overall.
On September 6, Ukrainian Armed Forces units, including the 80th separate Galician Air Assault Brigade 🤍, broke through the enemy's defense, beginning an offensive on the occupied territory. This marked the beginning of the Kharkiv Counteroffensive, during which 8,000 km² were liberated and over 500 settlements were brought under control in Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.
Russian forces were defeated, captured, and repelled. On the second anniversary of the liberation of Kharkiv region, we have prepared a film in which Galician airborne troops who participated in these events recall the preparation, start, and development of the operation, which became a great example of combat spirit, patriotism, and military skill of Ukrainian soldiers.
