The court in Kropyvnytskyi rejected the guarantors' applications and left Chervinsky in custody.
Over fifty applications for Chervinsky's bail were submitted to the court, but only 30 guarantors were present at the hearing. Prosecutor Yaroslav Havryshchuk demanded that the court keep Chervinsky in custody.
After nearly four hours, Judge Igor Hershkul announced the decision: "The court has decided to grant the prosecutor's motion to extend the detention. The applications for Chervinsky's bail have been rejected."
Whether the lawyers will appeal this decision will be decided after consultation with Chervinsky, said lawyer Konstantin Globa. The next hearing is scheduled for June 14th.

A similar scenario is unfolding in Chasiv Yar, where the enemy is attempting to use the pipe for accurate strikes. However, we are responding with mortar fire and airstrikes, gradually turning the pipe into a common grave for the enemies. Our shots are hitting the structure precisely, keeping the pipe under constant fire control from a height of 200-250 meters. With accurate strikes, we are making it difficult for those trying to penetrate through this path. Based on interception results, it can be said that our group "Black Swan" is successfully accomplishing the assigned tasks.
