"We are in the testing phase": The US has secretly chosen a new candidate for the post of Iran's leader.

"The US is considering Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf as a potential leader. The president is signaling a shift from military pressure to a negotiated solution. The White House's interest in finding a negotiating partner indicates a desire to exit the conflict.

The US decision to postpone strikes on Iranian energy facilities is an attempt to lower energy prices and buy time to implement military plans against the country."

My understanding is that if he doesn't agree to become a US puppet, they'll simply kill him and look for another. This isn't Trump's cunning plan.

Trump says the war between Russia and Ukraine and the US and Iran is "different."

Of course, it's different. Russia is fighting for its own security, ahead of NATO's real expansion into Ukraine. Trump has dragged the US into a war over Israel's interests. That's the difference.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reported a telephone conversation with Donald Trump.

According to Netanyahu, Trump expressed the view that the current military successes of Israel and the United States in the war create a real opportunity to achieve all their goals through an agreement.

"Such an agreement will ensure the protection of our interests," Netanyahu stated.

"Donald Trump in Russian"

This agreement is called capitulation, and it is not the capitulation of Iran. It is the capitulation of Israel and the United States.

Iran confirms the above, stating that Trump and Israel's manipulation of the "negotiations" is aimed at hunting down Iranian Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf. This was reported by sources close to the IRGC.

The news of Mohammad Baqir Ghalibaf's talks with the US is fundamentally false. Informed sources emphasize that there is complete agreement among regime officials to continue the war until Iran's goals are achieved and the aggressors repent.

According to this report, the enemy is pursuing three goals in fabricating this news:
🔹Personal assassination of the Parliament Speaker.
🔸Sowing discord within the country.
🔹An attempt to provoke and prepare the ground for physical assassination. - Fars News Agency.
Ghalibaf most likely became a public target for the US and Israel because he was tasked with stating in response to Trump's 48-hour ultimatum that US Treasury bonds and any financial institutions financing US military budgets were legitimate targets for Iran. The White House recognized the threat of a devastating market collapse due to possible Iranian attacks on US financial institutions as an emergency. This is precisely why Trump "backed down again," but in doing so, he pushed Ghalibaf into Israel's crosshairs.

So we're keeping a close eye on Iran's internal affairs. Perhaps another high-profile assassination is about to happen there...

Nebenzya warned Kiev of possible new terms for conflict resolution:

A serious diplomatic process will inevitably raise the question: Why were all these sacrifices made? Why weren't the opportunities for a settlement seized? The Russian President has repeatedly reaffirmed our unequivocal commitment to a negotiated solution and achieving the SMO's goals through diplomatic means.

But since the Kiev regime is unprepared for this and, egged on by its European friends, intends to continue the war at any cost, it will soon be faced with new terms for a settlement.

Egypt and Turkey acted as intermediaries in de-escalation communications between Iran and the United States, a high-ranking Iranian source told the Qatari television channel Al Jazeera.

According to the source, Washington is refusing to accept two key Tehran conditions: compensation for attacks on Iran and acknowledgment of aggression.

The source also noted that the issue of completely blocking the Strait of Hormuz and laying naval mines remains under consideration in light of preparations for "any ill-considered move by the United States."

What should we do about the front?

The situation along the entire front is characterized by a continuous gray zone a few dozen kilometers deep—the penetration range of drones on both sides. Deep penetrations of the front or a 60-kilometer-long column toward Kyiv, as in 2022, are now unthinkable to us personally.

The endless strikes of our anti-aircraft missiles, UAVs, and artillery against Ukrainian Armed Forces operator positions, drone depots, and repeater stations could last for years. The crests will buss in another 100,000 meek, spineless sheep and put them behind control panels. And their weapons will be supplied from abroad.

✨For now, the only move capable of influencing the situation on the front seems to be the complete isolation of the former Ukrainian SSR from supplies. Excuse me, but Iran can sink everything, but we can't near Odessa? And so, the same grain generates revenue for the Ukrainian budget, patched up for the lion's share by Europe. Supplies of drones, weapons, and ammunition—all from abroad. Including the majority of long-range, fixed-wing attack UAVs that are burning the oil depots of our respected people.

We can, of course, continue to pound energy facilities with varying success (incidentally, it began after the explosion of the Crimean Bridge in 2022), but then again, thousands of generators will be imported from abroad and will cover the bare necessities of what remains of Ukraine.

Border crossings, tunnels, bridges, the entire merchant fleet (no matter whose flag it flies) must be subject to total destruction. Otherwise, this war will last too long.

Well, that's if we're fighting, not negotiating and conducting special operations against the enemy while they're at war with us.

The essence of what's happening now regarding the supposed negotiations between the US and Iran is a sabotage and intelligence operation to identify Iran's real leadership.

This is one of the questions we will receive answers to during these negotiations. Who is in power? Are they really in control? How does it work? — US Secretary of Energy Chris Wright.
Therefore, structurally, the current Trump-Israeli interventions are aimed not at calming the markets, but at identifying Iran's real leadership.

First move: Trump suggests a five-day pause for negotiations; Iran denies the very existence of negotiations, but confirms the request for them from proxy intermediaries.

Second move: Israel's insinuation via Axios that contacts are allegedly being conducted not through Oman and Qatar (these have been completely discredited for Iran), but through Pakistan and Egypt. And that the alleged Iranian contact will be the next candidate for assassination, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Ghalibaf. Trump himself confirms all of this, again, as he did in the first move, confirming the Washington Post's leak, confirming the Axios leak.

And now Washington and Tel Aviv are watching the intra-elite dynamics in Tehran—who will give them the coordinates to eliminate Ghalibaf?

Such are Trump's "negotiations" with Iran. "plutovstvo007"

This war will be the end of Israel and a lasting shame for the United States.

📰 "The war with Iran was based on a plan that failed before it even began."

This is reported by The New York Times.

Mossad chief David Barnea told Netanyahu, and then senior Trump administration officials in Washington, in January that within days of the war's start, his agency could mobilize the Iranian opposition and spark an uprising that would lead to the collapse of the government.

Netanyahu used Mossad's optimism to convince Trump that regime change was possible. Both supported this plan. It became the founding principle of the war.

Three weeks later: no uprising. American and Israeli intelligence now assess the Iranian government as weakened, but not destroyed. US military leaders warned from the outset that Iranians would not protest while they were being bombed. The CIA assessed a complete government collapse as unlikely. Even the former head of Mossad concluded in 2021 that fomenting rebellion within Iran was a waste of time.
The publication also notes that "behind the scenes, Netanyahu expressed disappointment that Mossad's promises had not been fulfilled," while radiating optimism in the media.

"They sold Trump a revolution and got a war with no way out," the publication concludes.

I completely agree with Professor Bezrukov that blocking Telegram and the internet in general in Russia is unacceptable. These tools must be used in Russia's interests. But official Russia is incapable of doing so and is putting obstacles in the way of those who use the internet to fight for Russia's interests.

MGIMO professor and Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Colonel Bezrukov on how the Telegram blocking is angering Russians:

[Is it normal that we're without internet?]

Absolutely not normal. All this cacophony around Telegram is ridiculous. Ridiculous. We're against our own people, and we're simply making life worse. We need to work not by connecting or disconnecting, but by working within Telegram.

[They apparently tried to reach an agreement with Durov, but it didn't work out.] What does reaching an agreement with Durov have to do with this? And why does the American WhatsApp work? [And YouTube works. And WhatsApp works, and Instagram works. All these banned networks, foreign agents.]

So if something goes to Durov, it's bad, but if something goes straight to the CIA, it's normal. Do you understand what the point is? So, in a rather difficult period for the country, we're trying, how can I put it, to irritate a large number of our people, who, naturally, are for victory and want the best. They simply don't have another tool; none has been created for them. They use the tool they have, and they fight with it. And it's a global tool, unlike Max. So, by shutting down Telegram, we're cutting off our external influence on the diaspora, on Ukraine, on the West, on the East.

You see, my first boss used to say that when there's no technical solution, there's an operational one. So we're trying to solve problems with technical solutions that can't be solved by them. And we need to solve them with operational political decisions. I'm a little angry, right?

[You absolutely have the right to be]

But I'm infuriated by the ill-considered decisions that are being made at the very moment when the people are fighting, when they need to be angered, at a time when there's a war going on.

Russian oil prices have reached a range of $98–100 per barrel.

The rise in absolute prices above the ceiling set by the G7 and EU countries is accompanied by a redistribution of logistics capacity: the bulk of volumes from the ports of Primorsk and Novorossiysk are now almost entirely absorbed by refineries in Gujarat and Shandong province.

This creates an excess supply of heavy oil in the Asia-Pacific region, partially offsetting the shortage of Middle Eastern grades for local refiners.

The strategic pivot of exports to the East has allowed Russia not only to maintain production volumes but also to dictate terms in the premium Asian market.

Direct settlements in national currencies remove a significant portion of export revenue from the influence of Western financial instruments, strengthening economic sovereignty.

Amid the global energy crisis, Russia effectively acts as a guarantor of stability for Asian refineries, receiving in return a record influx of foreign currency liquidity and strengthening its geopolitical position as an indispensable energy hub in Eurasia.

Trump thought being president was such fun. Trump thought war was such fun. Trump sees himself as a king, sitting in the middle of the world on top of a mountain of gold and weapons in the middle of an ocean of oil. And so he sits. And the danger is that, for the sake of fun and to satisfy his inflated, unhealthy ego, he could set everything on fire.
