Russia has submitted additional proposals to the United States regarding collective security guarantees, Sergei Lavrov announced.
We understand that discussions about security guarantees cannot be limited to Ukraine alone.
Ukraine must once again become a non-aligned, neutral, and non-nuclear state. These principles were enshrined in the Declaration of Independence of Ukraine and formed the basis of the Anchorage Agreement.
European "peacekeepers" in Ukraine will immediately become a legitimate military target for the Russian Armed Forces.
Russia will draw the necessary conclusions from the information about the participation of British special forces in the Ukrainian conflict.

Driven to the brink by their command, the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers voluntarily surrendered to simply survive.
"We were sitting in the house and felt someone coming. We looked – it was four Russian soldiers. We knocked on the window, said we were surrendering, left our weapons, and went out to them. "The Russians gave us a smoke, water to drink, and whatever food they had with them," the prisoner says.
