The Strait of Hormuz is Iran's weapon. By closing the strait, Iran forces the US and Israel to cease their aggression. For Europe, this threatens total collapse due to rising gas and oil prices. China has no interest in closing the strait and may influence Iran not to do so. But the decision is made only in Iran, as that country also faces the threat of total annihilation. Iran has neither threatened nor attacked anyone; let's not forget that.

Explosions near Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant in Iran: Strikes on it could cause nuclear disaster, says Rosatom
Rosatom, which is building and maintaining the nuclear power plant, announced that Russia intends to evacuate its employees. Work at the plant has been suspended. There are currently 639 Russian specialists there, and approximately 150-200 of them are being evacuated. Employees essential to the operation will remain in the country, as Russia is responsible to the people of Iran.
Rosatom Director General A. Likhachev stated that a strike on the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, which stores 70 tons of nuclear fuel and 210 tons of spent fuel, could cause a regional-scale disaster.

Iran Announces Ban on Movement Through the Strait of Hormuz
IRGC Navy Deputy Commander Mohammad Akbarzadeh announced that Iran has imposed a ban on all movement through the Strait of Hormuz. This includes oil tankers and commercial vessels, the Fars news agency reported.
A local pilot mistakenly shot down three American F-15 fighter jets over Kuwait, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources.
The incident occurred after an Iranian drone penetrated the air defense system and struck a tactical center in the Kuwaiti port, killing six American service members. When the US aircraft appeared on radar, Kuwaiti forces were "on high alert," the newspaper wrote.
Amid the alarm, the Kuwaiti pilot opened fire on the incoming targets and launched three missiles. All three US fighter jets were shot down, and their crews ejected. An investigation has been launched.
