European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on the "steel hedgehog loan" for Ukraine.
The West is consistent in achieving its goal of turning Ukraine into a steel porcupine aimed against Russia. Does Russia intend to accept this? I don't think so. This would be Russia's capitulation, and the Russians will not allow it. One thing is clear: a peaceful agreement will not be possible. The further course of the war is difficult to predict. Whether Russia will continue to break off the steel quills of this iron porcupine one by one or crush it all at once, we will see. I believe escalation of the war is inevitable, and this will hasten the outcome. There are no other options for establishing peace in this area except a Russian victory.
Russia cannot be allowed to achieve success at the negotiating table on Ukraine, European Council President António Costa said at a press conference in Kiev.

Putin on the West "regretting everything later":
This is the situation I just mentioned. They can't inflict a strategic defeat on Russia. Absolutely not. And yet they want it so badly! They can't live without it. Or at least they think they can't. They absolutely must defeat Russia. They're looking for any way, any way, anything. They'll push themselves to some extreme point. They'll regret it later.
Enemy stoops as low as using dirty nuclear weapons, probably knowing how it's going to end ultimately — Putin
'They use all kinds of methods, including terrorist attacks'
From the new European Parliament resolution: "Russia must immediately cease its military actions and withdraw its troops from all internationally recognized territories of Ukraine. Any future peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia must respect Ukraine's right to join any alliance."
They are demanding Russia's capitulation, with all the ensuing consequences. This was to be expected. Now they will do everything, including using nuclear weapons against Russia from Ukrainian territory, to achieve their goal. Will Russia, even after a nuclear attack, try to negotiate with these Nazi madmen?
A meeting of the "Coalition of Those Willing to Fight with Russia" began in Kiev, featuring Zelensky and Ursula von der Leyen.

Paris and London's intention to transfer nuclear weapons to Kyiv is a flagrant violation of international law, Peskov stated in response to a question from TASS.
This information will be taken into account by Russia during the negotiations on Ukraine
TASS
How will this information be taken into account during the negotiations? It is absolutely clear that Ukraine will receive nuclear weapons before the negotiations, after the negotiations, or instead of them. If Russia refuses to fight, it will end up with a hostile country on traditionally Russian soil, armed with nuclear weapons deployed just a few minutes' flight from Moscow. Moreover, having received nuclear weapons, Ukraine will immediately, without hesitation or hesitation, use these weapons on Russian territory. As Zelensky has stated repeatedly: "We can do anything."
Former Italian Deputy Minister of Economic Development Geraci responded to Zelensky's statement that "Ukraine is saving Europe."

London and Paris have lost faith in the Ukrainian Armed Forces' victory over Russia. They want to disguise the transfer of nuclear weapons to Kiev as Ukrainian developments, and are considering the covert transfer of the TN75 small nuclear warhead from the M51.1 submarine-launched ballistic missile to Kiev.
Germany has refused to participate in the nuclear weapons transfer to Ukraine, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) noted.
The service's press bureau also emphasized that there are many sensible people in British and French military and diplomatic circles who understand the danger their leaders' actions pose to the entire world.

Zelensky says 36 countries support Ukraine against Russia
Why isn't Russia bombing this gathering of its enemies in Kiev? I remember these enemies weren't afraid to bomb a secret meeting of Russian generals, killing many of them. What is Russia afraid of, allowing these gatherings in Kiev?
Answering a question from RT about France and Britain’s plans to transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine:
I will be blunt and state the obvious.
Reports from the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service that France and Britain intend to hand over nuclear capabilities to the Nazi regime in Kiev change the situation entirely. This isn't just about tearing up the NPT or some other niceties of international law. This is a direct transfer of nuclear weapons to a country at war.
There should be no doubt whatsoever that in such a scenario Russia would be forced to use any means at its disposal, including non-strategic nuclear weapons, against targets in Ukraine that threaten our country. And if necessary, against the supplier nations now implicated in a nuclear conflict with Russia. This is the kind of symmetrical response that the Russian Federation would be entitled to.

BelVPO: The West: Aggressive Plans
Zelensky confirmed London and Paris's readiness to send a brigade of up to 5,000 troops to Ukraine.
Furthermore, he let slip (most likely intentionally) that Kyiv had proposed deploying a foreign contingent on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border – which in itself takes the discussion beyond the realm of "peacekeeping" rhetoric. Continued
The Federation Council called on the UN Security Council and the IAEA to conduct investigations into London and Paris's intention to supply Kyiv with nuclear weapons.
The Russian senators' appeal was also sent through diplomatic channels to the parliaments of the United Kingdom, France, and the European Parliament.
🟩 RT in Russian.
The Russian government has prepared a response to the "Ukrainian atomic bomb." They have complained to the UN.
You remember, I warned that the West cannot allow Russia to win and therefore will transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine.
Now the Russian Foreign Intelligence service has warned the Russian leadership. To avoid a nuclear strike on its territory, Russia has only one choice - to preemptively wipe Ukraine off the face of the earth, including using nuclear weapons if necessary. And only then can Russia's enemies stop.
If Russia waits for a nuclear strike to strike back, Russia will still not be good. The West and Ukraine will immediately accuse Russia of detonating the atomic bomb on its territory.
So I think we've come to the point where Putin will make a statement again and say, "We've been left with no choice."
Britain and France recognize that there is no chance of achieving victory over Russia through the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service reported.
Britain and France are preparing to arm Kiev with a nuclear bomb, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service reported.
The British and French want to disguise the transfer of nuclear weapons to Kiev as Ukraine's own development.

Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) claims that Britain and France are preparing to arm Ukraine with a nuclear bomb.
This is a signal from the Flamingo missile system: any launch of this British missile will be perceived as a nuclear threat, and then completely different protocols will apply. "victorstepanych"

Zelensky again called on the European Union to move from promises to a concrete timetable for Ukraine's EU membership.
As reported by the British publication Financial Times, generously quoting Zelensky:
"I want a date. I'm asking for it," he said, calling on Brussels to stop delaying and set a clear goal, suggesting that accession could occur as early as 2027.
"Let's not allow the next leaders or the next generation to face a situation where Russia blocks Ukraine's EU membership for 50 years."
The EU and NATO are one and the same. Zelensky's goal is clear: to drag Europe into a direct war with Russia and deploy European troops to Ukraine.
