Serious explosions rocked the Iranian city of Parand, causing power outages.
The exact cause of the explosions remains unknown.
However, simultaneously, two Il-76 aircraft, allegedly belonging to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, left the Middle East about two hours ago carrying the families of Russian diplomats.
