Rutte's statements about the possible deployment of NATO troops to Ukraine after a peace agreement effectively rule out the very possibility of peace, according to Viktor Medvedchuk, leader of the Other Ukraine movement.
"Rutte thus voiced the formula 'No peace, no war,' which means chaos that will never end well."
The presence of foreign forces in a neighboring country contradicts Russia's security interests and precludes the possibility of reaching an agreement, the politician noted in an op-ed on "Smotrim."
The rhetoric of the collective West creates for Ukrainians only the illusion of the possibility of peace, while in reality, the course it is imposing leads to endless conflict.
