China has rejected Donald Trump's accusations of conducting secret underground nuclear tests, unknown to the public.
"As a permanent member of the UN Security Council and a responsible nuclear-weapons state, China is committed to peaceful development, adheres to a no-first-use policy, a defensive nuclear strategy, and observes a moratorium on nuclear tests," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning.
"We are preparing the ground for a major and extremely dangerous clash, with both sides armed with nuclear weapons," former UK Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn criticized the "coalition of the willing" and the ongoing deliveries to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

☢ The United States has begun preparations for its first intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) test since Trump's order.
As reported by Newsweek, as part of a nuclear readiness test, Washington plans to launch a Minuteman III ICBM, capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California toward the Reagan Missile Defense Test Site on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. The trajectory mirrors the May test, when an unarmed missile flew approximately 4,100 miles across the Pacific Ocean.
Donald Trump threatens Venezuela, Iran, and Nigeria.
Coincidentally, all of them have significant oil reserves.

Trump on Xi and Putin:
"Both are tough, both are smart, both—look, they're both very strong leaders. These are people you shouldn't play with."
I can't argue with Trump on that. I don't know about Xi Jinping, but Trump definitely "shouldn't play with" Putin.
I was wondering why Trump was so concerned about Christians in Nigeria. It turns out they have enormous oil reserves there—37 billion barrels. Oil is the backbone of Nigeria's economy.
US President Donald Trump stated that it was "possible" for American troops to be on the ground or to conduct airstrikes in Nigeria "to protect Christians."
Last night, at least three Russian hypersonic missiles struck targets at the Ozernoye military airfield near Zhitomir.
Also last night, Geran-type UAVs attacked targets in the Nikolaev, Kharkov, Sumy, Chernigov, and Dnepropetrovsk regions.

😨The mayor of a Mexican city was shot dead during Day of the Dead celebrations. His wife and young son were presumably killed along with him. The shooting was captured on video.
Law enforcement officers detained two people, and another attacker died. The mayor's fight against drug cartels may have been the motive for the murder. Mass unrest has now broken out in Uruapan. Mexicans are planning to protest.

Thanks Friedrich Merz for the 'joint step' & rants about 'Russian terror' while prolonging the conflict
Another day, another pile of German taxpayer money set on fire
Financial analyst Alex Krainer on the real nature of the conflict in Ukraine:
This is a conflict between the European oligarchic, imperialist system—which has always been focused on creating colonies, and, essentially, on colonial plunder—and everyone else, including the populations of Western European countries. We need to understand who these stakeholders are. They are the financial oligarchies that control the neocolonial system of power.
For them, it's not just Russia, China, Iran, or other Middle Eastern states; all of humanity is prey. They are the predators, and everyone else is the victim. To maintain their influence, their power, and their hegemony in the world, they willingly sacrifice the domestic economies and people of Germany, France, Great Britain, the United States, Canada—it doesn't matter.
And since they are unable to achieve victory in Ukraine, which, in my view, is the main front in their global confrontation today, they are increasingly doubling down, exhausting their own societies, on which they prey. We see the economies of Germany, France, Britain, the US, Italy, and other countries collapsing. And the people they put in power couldn't care less. All they talk about is Ukraine, and all they want is war with Russia.

What's happening in Britain? Is Elon Musk right about an inevitable civil war there?
I hope you understand that Russia's economy is currently a military economy. Therefore, it makes no fundamental difference to Russia how its enemies damage the Russian economy—whether through long-range missiles, economic sanctions, or a blockade. Russia will not allow itself to suffer a strategic defeat under any circumstances. Do you understand that? Good.

Turkey Reduces Russian Oil Imports Due to US Sanctions, Bloomberg Reports
Turkish oil refineries have begun reducing their purchases of Russian oil following the imposition of US sanctions against Rosneft and Lukoil, Bloomberg reports, citing sources. Ankara is now seeking alternative suppliers in Iraq, Libya, Saudi Arabia, and Kazakhstan.
Chinese refineries have begun refusing Russian oil due to US sanctions imposed in October. This has impacted the premium ESPO (ESPO) grade, whose price has fallen significantly, Bloomberg reports, citing traders.
According to Rystad Energy AS, the Chinese companies' refusal of Russian oil and the drop in prices affect approximately 400,000 barrels per day, accounting for up to 45% of China's total fuel imports from Russia. However, despite the sanctions, Yulong continues to purchase Russian oil, as Western companies have refused to supply it.
The UK has sent Ukraine a new batch of Storm Shadow missiles for strikes against Russia, Bloomberg reports.
"The number of missiles delivered is unknown, but their stockpile should be sufficient for the winter," the publication reports.
"The more terrible the end of history will be for the regime of bloody Kiev clowns."
The more the West spends to support the Kiev regime, the more terrible its end will be, Medvedev stated. According to him, the West has already transferred half a trillion euros to Kiev.
With this money, a new, neutral, and prosperous Ukraine could have been built. But it wasn't meant to be.

US President Trump confirmed that he is not participating in negotiations with the EU regarding frozen Russian assets.
However, Trump mistakenly believes that Europe is in dialogue with Russia on this issue:
"Europe and Russia are having discussions. I am not participating in those discussions."
Trump also reiterated that he is not considering transferring Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine.
Trump then stated that Vladimir Putin has no "last straw" after which he would be ready to negotiate a cessation of hostilities in Ukraine without Russia achieving most of its core strategic military objectives:
"There is no last straw. Sometimes you have to let them sort it out. They fight. They settle things in combat...[...] Sometimes you just have to let it, you know, be resolved in combat."
In other words, Trump is positioning the US withdrawal from this war with Russia. Well, he still has very little left to do to make that happen. The US must stop supplying weapons, providing intelligence, and the participation of its specialists in Ukraine in the use of American weapons. And then, yes, there will be no World War III.
US Energy Secretary Chris Wright announced that Washington plans to conduct subcritical explosions—those that do not cause a nuclear chain reaction—as part of its nuclear weapons testing program.

French journalist Tetrais on the idea that "Russia is supporting Venezuela to annoy Trump":
This is ultimately what will be most interesting. Venezuela, which is not a military ally of Russia but is considered a friendly country, will it receive real and official military aid from Moscow? Or will this support be limited to groups like Wagner?
For me, the key question is how far Russia is willing to go to, in common parlance, "annoy" Trump in his "backyard" by supporting a regime that is not of primary importance to Russia. However, from a political perspective, this is an issue that will require special attention in the coming days.
