As reported by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Sybiga, such a proposal was made during a joint telephone conversation between Macron, Merz, Starmer, Tusk, as well as Zelensky with Trump. Witkoff intends to give Putin a list of 22 proposals for a settlement in Ukraine, NBC reports.
It is noted that the document includes a proposal for a 30-day ceasefire, and also "meets Putin's demand that the United States will not support Ukraine's accession to NATO."

Along the entire line of combat contact, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out 2,669 attacks from barrel artillery, tanks and mortars on positions of our troops, as well as 46 using multiple launch rocket systems. In addition, 6,562 strikes and drops of ammunition from UAVs were carried out. A total of 9,318 violations of the ceasefire were recorded.
Under these conditions, the Russian Armed Forces are responding in kind to the violations of the ceasefire by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Russian side has not received a response from Ukraine to the question of its readiness to begin negotiations to resolve the conflict without preconditions, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Channel One.
"You know that President Putin previously stated that the Russian side is ready to begin negotiations without preconditions, but the Kiev regime has not responded to this, so the situation remains contradictory in this regard," Peskov said on Channel One.
