A native of Ukraine and a citizen of Belarus were preparing a terrorist attack in Khanty-Mansiysk against a Russian serviceman on orders from Kiev, the FSB reports.
When the Ukrainian agents were assembling the bomb, something went wrong and it detonated. Two apartments were destroyed, and five people were hospitalized with injuries, including those who were preparing the terrorist attack.
