✅Tips to Ease Stress
🔸Ask yourself what you can do about the sources of your stress.
🔸Keep a positive, realistic attitude. Accept that although you can't control certain things, you're in charge of how you respond.
🔸Stand up for yourself in a polite way. Share your feelings, opinions, or beliefs, instead of becoming angry, defensive, or passive.
🔸Pray regularly. You'll feel better and be more prepared to handle problems.
🔸Try to manage your time wisely.
🔸Say no, where you can, to things that would add more stress to your life.
🔸Make time for hobbies and interests.
🔸Get enough rest and sleep. Your body needs time to recover from stressful events.
🔸Don't rely on alcohol, drugs, or food to help against stress. Ease up on caffeine, too.
🔸Spend time with people you love.

Keep walking.....just check this out.
The organs of your body have their sensory touches at the bottom of your foot, if you massage these points you will find relief from aches and pains as you see the heart is on the left foot.
Typically they are shown as points and arrows to show which organ it connects to.
Its indeed correct since the nerves connected to these organs terminate here.
This is covered in great details in acupressure studies/textbooks.
God created our body so well that he thought of even this. His made us walk so that we will always be pressing these pressure points and thus keeping these organs activated at all times!
Nosebleeds are common. Most often they are a nuisance and not a true medical problem. But they can be both.
Nosebleed care
Sit upright and lean forward. By remaining upright, you reduce blood pressure in the veins of your nose. This discourages further bleeding. Sitting forward will help you avoid swallowing blood, which can irritate your stomach.
Pinch your nose. Use your thumb and index finger to pinch your nostrils shut. Breathe through your mouth. Continue to pinch for five to 10 minutes. Pinching sends pressure to the bleeding point on the nasal septum and often stops the flow of blood.
To prevent re-bleeding, don't pick or blow your nose and don't bend down for several hours after the bleeding episode. During this time remember to keep your head higher than the level of your heart.
If re-bleeding occurs, blow out forcefully to clear your nose of blood clots and spray both sides of your nose with a decongestant nasal spray containing oxymetazoline (Afrin, Mucinex Moisture Smart, others). Pinch your nose again as described above and call your doctor.
