Health bite- When you suffer form #Heart #Burn-
Mix one to two teaspoons of organic raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a cup of warm water.
Drink it 20 to 30 minutes before eating a meal.
Do this on a regular basis, at least for a few months.
Do not eat heavy meals, especially right before bedtime.
Elevate the head of your bed by four to six inches to inhibit reflux while you are sleeping. Also, sleep on your left side. Studies indicate that sleeping on the right side may aggravate acid reflux problems.
Take 1tsp full of cumin seeds, chew well, and slowly swallow the juice coming from that, keep munching cumin for sometime, this will give quick relief from heartburn.

How to Do Steam Inhalation? When suffering from Fever/ Cold/ Headache..
Get this:
Water- 1 big bowl
Any anti-inflammatory essential oil (optional)- few drops (read on the later remedies to know what essential oils to use for sinus congestion relief)
Towel
Do this:
Bring the water to a boil.
Now take this into a bowl and add essential oil drops if using.
Lean forward over the bowl and cover your head and bowl in such a way that the stem may not escape. However, maintain a distance at least of 30 cm otherwise you may burn your face.
Breath through your nose feeling the steam going inside it.
Do this for 1-2 minutes or till the time (few seconds) you can tolerate .
Remove the towel and sit comfortably till you feel calm and cooler.
Repeat the process again.
At any point where the steam makes you uncomfortable or you feel a sensation of burning, you should remove the towel and let your face become cooler.
Take special care when inhaling steam to avoid burns, especially in case of children, senior persons and pregnant women.
