It’s a technical issue.

I was able to get the html version of the appointment confirmation.
So I’m good now, issue resolved.

Try different device… And if u don’t have different device u can use 360 extreme browser u will not be blocked. But i may caution u install at ur own risk.. i have used the browser and then i have uninstalled it without any issue..
