My parents recently got their B2 visa stamped at Delhi. Only asked documents were their passports and they had asked for the Hindi translator. The officer asked in Hindi. My parents said he was fluent in Hindi and Punjabi for sure.


My mother, primary candidate, was asked two questions:
1. When do you plan to travel? (She told them about the Arrival and departure date)
2. How many children do you have? ( two, one in India and another in US)

Two questions for my dad:
1. How long your child’s been in US? (he answered appropriately XYZ years. But his child has been living in US for XYZ+1 years).
2. Where does your son live? (Replied the city and State).
