It’s with great regret and apologies that the long-awaited Muhammad Al Muqit Tour, beginning today with Ummah Welfare Trust, is postponed.
Due to circumstances beyond the charity’s control, our honoured guest could not catch his flight to the UK and inspire us with his words.
As Muslims, we always strive for that which benefits us. However, we do so knowing that Allah is the sole controller of our affairs. Everything happens only with His decree, and so we never despair when the unforeseen occurs.
Plans for a new tour are already proceeding, alhamdulillah. New dates are being discussed, and these will be released soon inshaAllah.
For now, we seek recourse in the words of our beloved Messenger ﷺ who advised us, when anything befalls us, to say:
قَدَّرَ اللَهُ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ
_Allah has decreed, and whatever He wills, He does_
