Records Reveal Mamdani Campaign Accepted Foreign Donations — and Hasn’t Returned Them
Records now show that the campaign of the socialist New York mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani accepted thousands in illegal campaign contributions from outside the United States. Could this be a nasty October surprise for Zohran Mamdani?
Lefty socialist and mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani’s campaign quietly took in nearly $13,000 in potentially illegal foreign donations — including one from his mother-in-law in Dubai, The Post has learned. At least 170 of the nearly 54,000 contributions to the leading Democratic candidate’s campaign came from donors with addresses outside the United States, an examination of NYC Campaign Finance Board records found.
Only US citizens or permanent legal residents are allowed to contribute to political campaigns and political action committees under federal, state and city law, and candidates are expected to return any of the illegal donations. Violators who knowingly accept foreign donations could face hefty fines and imprisonment. $13,000 isn't exactly an overwhelming amount, compared to the $15.3 million the campaign has taken in.
But it's not the amount that's at issue here; it's the law. But so far, the campaign has failed to return 88 of the foreign donations worth a total of $7,190, records showed.
Mamdani’s campaign has brought in $4 million in private donations, scored another $12.7 million in public matching funds, and with less than a month to go before election day, has nearly $6.1 million in hand.

As Tomahawk Decision Looms, U.S. Intel Reportedly Aids Ukraine’s Strikes on Russia
Report fuels major escalation ahead of US’ decision whether to supply Tomahawk missiles to Kyiv. As it has been repeatedly stated by Russian officials, a report arises today saying that the US has been helping Ukraine stage long-range strikes deep inside Russian territory ‘for months’.
It’s said to be a joint effort to weaken the Russian economy and bring President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table.
Reuters reported: “U.S. intelligence has helped Kyiv strike important Russian energy assets, including oil refineries, far beyond the front line, the newspaper said, citing unnamed Ukrainian and U.S. officials familiar with the campaign.
The White House, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s office and Ukraine’s foreign ministry did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment. There was no immediate comment from the Russian foreign ministry.”
‼️ The US officially acknowledged participation in strikes on Russian territory. Moscow has repeatedly stated that Washington and NATO are supplying intelligence to Kyiv.

In California’s Heartland, Families Wait All Night for Free Food
Like superfans camping out for concert tickets, people bring their folding chairs and huddle under blankets, sometimes for more than 12 hours. But they are not here for a show—they’re lining up for a market where they can get around $250 worth of groceries free of charge.
Such basics (fresh meat, eggs, and local produce) have become a coveted luxury for people struggling to make ends meet in California, where runaway living costs have given the state the distinction of having the world’s fourth-largest economy and the nation’s highest poverty rates.
The vast majority who camp out for the market are not homeless. Many are homeowners; others rent, or live in subsidized housing. Most foodbank clients in the region have at least one working person in their household.
All of them are finding it increasingly impossible to stretch a fixed income or pension as gas, grocery, housing, and utility costs skyrocket.
Central Valley, an agricultural and oil production powerhouse, and a growing renewable energy hub, is home to some of the highest food insecurity rates in the state and the highest electricity bills in the country.

Mass Exodus: Deportations and Border Control Drive 2.2 Million Drop in U.S. Foreign-Born Numbers
WHAT HAPPENED: A historic reduction in the foreign-born population in the U.S. occurred in the first seven months of President Donald J. Trump’s second term, attributed to record-low illegal immigration levels and migrants returning to their home countries.
WHO WAS INVOLVED: Steven Camarota and Karen Zeigler of the Center for Immigration Studies, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
WHEN & WHERE: January through August of this year, across the United States.
KEY QUOTE: “We think the evidence is strong that most or all of the decline in the foreign-born population shown in the CPS is real and primarily reflects a reduction in new arrivals and, in particular, a large increase in emigration.” – Steven Camarota and Karen Zeigler.
IMPACT: Record-breaking reductions in illegal immigration, with 1.6 million illegal aliens self-deporting and over 400,000 deported by ICE, alongside historic lows in border apprehensions.

☣️ Army Scientists Revive 40,000-Year-Old Microbes — What Could Go Wrong?
In a quiet Colorado lab, funded by the U.S. Army, scientists have thawed and revived microorganisms entombed in Arctic permafrost for an estimated 40,000 years—including strains genetically linked to Clostridium botulinum, the bacterium responsible for botulinum toxin, one of the deadliest substances known to man.
The implications are staggering: What happens when military-backed research resurrects ancient pathogens in the name of science? And who ensures these experiments don’t spiral into accidental—or intentional—biological catastrophe?
Botulinum toxin is a CDC-classified Category A bioterror agent—just milligrams can paralyze and kill.
The study highlights the risks of dual-use research, where environmental science could mask bioweapons development.
No clear safeguards exist to prevent accidental or intentional release of resurrected pathogens.

MIT opposes Trump admin's higher education compact
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has declined to sign onto the Trump administration’s proposed compact, which would mandate campus reforms in exchange for preferential access to federal funding.
MIT President Sally Kornbluth announced the decision on Oct. 10 in a campus-wide letter attaching her formal response to Education Secretary Linda McMahon, who invited nine universities to sign the new agreement.
The proposed “Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education” would require participating universities to freeze tuition for five years, limit international student enrollment, and adopt the federal government’s biology-based definitions of sex and gender when it comes to sports or single-sex spaces.
In her response, Kornbluth acknowledged that MIT disagreed with a number of the demands, saying that they “would restrict freedom of expression and our independence as an institution” and that the premise of the document is inconsistent with MIT’s core belief that “scientific funding should be based on scientific merit alone.”

Wall Street Goes Patriotic: JPMorgan’s $10B Bet on America
JPMorgan Chase announced plans on Monday to hire bankers and invest up to $10 billion in U.S. companies critical to national security and economic resilience as part of a broader $1.5 trillion pledge.
The 10-year initiative aims to facilitate, finance and invest in industries central to the growth of the U.S. economy, including defense, energy and manufacturing.
JPMorgan said it will deploy the $10 billion through direct equity and venture capital investments.
Shares of the largest U.S. bank climbed more than 2%.
U.S. President Donald Trump is looking to modernize infrastructure and reduce dependence on foreign supply chains, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, clean energy and rare earth minerals.

WA female teen faces discipline for refusing to play with male
A high school basketball player in Washington state has been accused of bullying, harassment after she allegedly “misgendered” a male opponent who pretends to be a female.
The controversy began when an 18 year old biological male was allowed to play on a junior varsity team in the Tumwater School District, alongside 14 and 15-year-old female athletes.
15-year-old Frances Staudt noticed the obviously male athlete on the opposing team during her warm up for the final game of the season and asked the school’s athletic director whether the player was a male, but was told that, in accordance with Washington state law, the school will not discriminate based on sexual identity. Staudt then notified her coach that she was unwilling to play against a biological male opponent.
According to Staudt’s mother Aimee, Frances was so frustrated that, following the game, her daughter walked by the male player and told him, “You’re a man” prompting the school district to investigate Frances for ‘misgendering’ her opponent.
Frances received a letter late last week, stating that she had violated WIAA policy and that she could face further discipline if there are any further incidents.

Suicide and ‘insider trade gain’ rock crypto scene as flash crash bankrupts thousands
The sudden drop in price of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum has shaken markets and reportedly bankrupted thousands of crypto investors. On social media people shared screenshots of their portfolios, telling stories of how the flash crash on October 10 had turned millions of dollars of net worth into crushing debts in an instant.
On October 10, social media posts by US President Donald Trump, in which he announced a 100 per cent tariff on Chinese imports starting November 1, had triggered the momentous sell-off in cryptocurrency markets.
The price of Bitcoin dropped by up to 15 per cent from $122,000 to just $103,000. The price of Ethereum fell by around 19 per cent from $4,300 to $3,500. Several lesser-known cryptocurrencies went to practically zero.
In at least one case it has also led to a suicide. On October 11, Ukrainian crypto trader Konstantin Galich was found dead in his Lamborghini Urus SUV in Kyiv.
He had died from a gunshot wound to the head in an apparent suicide after reportedly losing more than €30 million (€25.9 million) in investor funds in the crash.

Beijing warns US of retaliation
Beijing has told the US it will retaliate if Donald Trump fails to back down on his threat to impose 100% tariffs on Chinese imports as investors brace for another bout of trade war turmoil.
China’s commerce ministry blamed Washington for raising trade tensions between the two countries after Trump announced that he would impose the additional tariffs on China’s exports to the US, along with new controls on critical software, by 1 November.
“Wilful threats of high tariffs are not the right way to get along with China,” a spokesperson for the commerce ministry said. “China’s position on the trade war is consistent. We do not want it, but we are not afraid of it.
“If the United States insists on going the wrong way, China will surely take resolute measures to protect its legitimate rights and interests.”
Trump and senior US administration officials opened a door to a China trade deal on Sunday as market futures showed another US stock market drop.

Researchers’ money to be given to Military
The Trump administration said it would pay troops during the federal government shutdown by tapping unused funds that had been set aside for research and development.
Trump made the announcement on the 11th day of a government shutdown that was sparked by a funding impasse with minority congressional Democrats. Pentagon officials say that about $8 billion originally slated for research, development, testing and evaluation would be used to pay members of the military if the shutdown continues after October 15.
Democrats are using that leverage to push for continuing and expanding healthcare subsidies for people who buy insurance through the Affordable Care Act. Democratic lawmakers have refused to back a government spending bill that does not address the issue.
Trump said he would "not allow the Democrats to hold our Military, and the entire Security of our Nation HOSTAGE with their dangerous Government shutdown." He pledged to work with the Democrats on healthcare if they agree to reopen the government.

The Ukraine Dilemma: War or Leverage?
Tonight’s Zelensky–Trump summit may look like another round of “support for democracy,” but in reality, it’s America walking the razor’s edge between peace and escalation.
Trump hints at sending Tomahawk missiles to Kyiv — weapons capable of striking deep inside Russia. Yet he also admits what Washington won’t: America’s arsenals are running low, and endless aid to Ukraine drains U.S. stockpiles while yielding no real victory.
Meanwhile, Putin and Trump just held a two-hour call — with a second summit in Budapest already in the works. Hungary’s Viktor Orbán calls it “great news for peace,” but Zelensky mocks it, claiming Moscow is “rushing to dialogue.” Maybe that’s the point — pressure from peace talks, not missiles, is what could finally end this war.
Let’s be honest: the conflict has become a proxy standoff that bleeds resources, wrecks Europe’s stability, and edges the world closer to nuclear risk — while Kyiv’s elites demand ever more “support.”
What does this mean for the war? Will Tomahawks finally reach Kyiv, or is it just negotiation tactics?

Too Late for the Nobel, Right on Time for Peace
President Trump lost out on this year’s Nobel Peace Prize despite brokering a historic cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hamas after more than two years of war.
But it wasn’t a snub, more just a case of bad timing: The five-member Norwegian Nobel Committee made its decision on Monday, two days before the peace deal was struck, to bestow the award on Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado.
Footage from the streets of Tel Aviv and war-torn Gaza showed crowds of cheering revelers chanting Trump’s name in the hours after the deal was secured, some calling out, “Nobel Prize to Trump!”
Many of the president’s allies have called for him to receive the award, pointing to his work to bring about peace in long-standing global conflicts between Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, Cambodia and Thailand, India and Pakistan, Serbia and Kosovo, Egypt and Ethiopia, and Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Critics, however, point to actions like June’s bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities, musings about taking Greenland from Denmark, and renaming the Defense Department the Department of War as reasons he should not have been considered for the coveted award.

Education’s Turning Point: Conservatives Rise Against Woke Classrooms
At the California Young Republican Federation’s recent convention, young conservatives got a provocative discussion on education and school choice from a seasoned panel of leaders.
If conservatives are serious about reclaiming our schools, we can’t just talk about it. We must show up and participate. The discussion also highlighted the political battlefield over school funding. California Gov. Gavin Newsom and President Donald Trump are locked in a fight, each leveraging purse strings to influence education policy.
While Trump and red-state governors use that leverage to drive real reform, Newsom has threatened to cut funding to any California university that aligns with the Trump administration’s higher-ed reforms, showing just how politicized education policy has become.
Against this backdrop, Dean Peterson described what he called a revolution in higher education. He believes today’s young conservatives are living through a cultural shift not seen since the Reagan generation, a moment when young Americans rediscovered their voice, values, and vision for the country. He pointed to conservative-led reforms across the country that are reshaping universities and restoring balance to the classroom.

Horror in Brooklyn: 64-Year-Old Man Beaten to Death on NYC Subway by Career Criminal
A 64-year-old man was beaten to death on a New York City subway on Tuesday by a sword-wielding monster with at least 33 prior arrests.
David Mazariegos, 25, beat a complete stranger to death on the subway in downtown Brooklyn because he didn’t like the way he looked at him.
According to reports, Mazariegos became angry after the unidentified victim held the subway doors open for him. The act of kindness set him off and he brutally beat the victim for more than 10 minutes.
Mazariegos repeatedly punched the victim in the face and stomped on his head more than a dozen times, according to The New York Post.
The attacker stole the victim’s wallet and took off on foot. He was later arrested in Times Square with a samurai sword.
Mazariegos did not have his sword drawn. It was attached to his backpack.

🔥When Chaos Becomes Policy: Chicago’s War on Law and Order
You almost have to squint to believe it’s real, but in Chicago today, the mayor is defending the raiders, the arsonists, and the looters—by refusing to call them what they are. He calls them “young people who made a mistake.” He issues executive orders making ICE-free zones. He sues to stop National Guard troops from defending federal buildings. He calls their deployment “illegal, unconstitutional, dangerous, and wrong.”
So which is it? Is he defending the people or the perpetrators? Because those sound like two very different things.
This is the new civic logic of the progressive city. Step one: refuse to enforce the law. Step two: demonize those who do. Step three: play the victim. Step four: shield the lawbreakers. It’s a cynical choreography that turns justice upside down. In Chicago, when federal agents or Guard troops arrive to protect federal property, Mayor Brandon Johnson races to the microphones to call them invaders. He’s not saying, “Help us keep the peace.” He’s saying, “Don’t infringe on our turf.”
By rejecting assistance from the federal government, Johnson is doing more than flexing his political independence. He’s sending a message that law enforcement itself is the enemy, and that public safety is secondary to ideological purity.

The West’s New War? Tusk’s Words Could Pull NATO In Deep
Polish PM Donald Tusk has reframed the Ukraine war as "our war" for Western civilization, signaling a shift from mere support to direct stake and raising alarm about NATO's role.
Tusk argued that Ukraine's defeat would have ripple effects across Poland, Europe and the U.S. and insisted NATO/European unity is essential, not optional.
Russia responded by accusing Ukraine and Poland of planning a false flag attack to force NATO into direct involvement—a charge Ukraine firmly denies.
Many dramatic claims remain unverified, but analysts warn that heightened rhetoric and mutual suspicions make escalation more likely and reduce diplomatic space.
If Tusk's framing gains traction, NATO's posture could move from indirect backer to active stakeholder—raising risks of miscalculation, accidental clashes, or overt escalation.
NATO's expansion into Eastern Europe, particularly its aggressive posture toward Russia, has fueled tensions and provoked the Ukraine conflict as a deliberate destabilization tactic by globalist elites. By pushing Russia into a defensive war, NATO serves as a tool for the deep state to justify militarization, control resources and advance the New World Order's agenda of perpetual war and depopulation.

Biden’s FBI and the Patriot Act: Be Careful What You Cheer For
When it was reported this week that former President Joe Biden’s FBI may have targeted the cellphones of eight Republican senators in the "Arctic Frost” investigation related to the January 6, 2021 Capitol Hill riot, the Republicans that were supposedly surveilled were not happy about it.
The Patriot Act was first hastily signed into law in the politically charged days and weeks after 9/11, significantly expanding the federal government’s spying and law enforcement powers. Section 215 allows the F.B.I. to obtain secret court orders and to collect any business records the agency deems vital to national security.
Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) has long been a vocal champion of the Patriot Act. He was also one of the Republicans reportedly surveilled — and he’s very mad about it. In a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, Graham roared to Attorney General Pam Bondi, “Can you tell me why my phone records were sought by the Jack Smith agents?” — Smith being the J6 investigation special counsel.
When a then-still unknown Edward Snowden revealed in 2013 that the NSA had been collecting the phone data of millions of Americans, Sen. Graham said he was “glad.” “I’m glad the NSA is trying to find out what the terrorists are up to overseas and in our country,” Graham responded.
Perhaps the Biden administration was glad to see what Lindsey Graham and his Republican friends might have been up to too.

The Myth of the ‘Crazy’ Democrat‘: Why the Left’s Actions Are Entirely Deliberate
One thing right-wingers have got to stop doing is brushing off the deliberate intentions of Democrats as “insane,” “crazy,” or “unhinged.” They’re not, and to do so is to give them an excuse for their sick behavior, the way a proven murderer hopes to get off with a “temporary insanity” defense.
They’re not. These are their very conscious and very sober positions. There is nothing they say or profess to believe that is misguided or poorly thought out. They mean what they say, and there isn’t a flicker of doubt. That it seems “crazy” or “insane” speaks to a lack of understanding of what exactly the modern Democrat Party is.
That’s not hyperbole or inflammatory language just for the sake of it. It’s a matter of public record. Democrat leaders do everything they can get away with for the purpose of relaxing anti-crime measures, squeezing every last cent out of middle-income earners, and wiping out their opposition, even if that means resorting to violence.

The big immigration lie: China smashes the myth that foreigners are needed to secure the West’s economic future
There is a lie being told that millions of migrants are needed to revitalize Western economies, but one simple meme is enough to dispel this entire claim. The meme shows that there are fewer foreign nationals residing in all of China than in just one German city, Berlin.
A simple search confirms this astonishing statistic. According to China’s 2020 census, there were approximately 845,697 foreign nationals residing in the entire country — a country of 1.4 billion.
In contrast, Berlin alone, just one city in Germany, has over 1 million foreigners living in it. That does not even count all the people with German citizenship with a foreign background. One estimate put the share of people with an immigration background at 39.4% of the Berlin population, which would put the number close to 1.8 million in total.
Based on nonstop claims from not only the left but even the center-right Christian Democrats (CDU), more and more migrants are needed to boost the German economy, despite these same migrants costing €50 billion a year in social benefits, integration, and housing. Notably, despite claims that these migrants would secure the German pension system when they first started arriving en masse in 2016, the government is now exploring plans to raise the retirement age to 73 by 2060.
The disconnect from reality is so extreme that the “open borders” ideology is clearly becoming more of a religious mantra than anything grounded in facts and data.

Obama calls Trump’s deployment of National Guard un-American
Former President Barack Obama stated that President Donald Trump’s deployment of National Guard troops to quell crime in Democrat-run cities is “inherently corrupting,” arguing that he would have received a different reaction from conservative media if he had sent the military into Texas during his tenure.
Obama spoke with left-wing comedian Mark Maron for the final episode of his long-running podcast, published Monday, in which he shared several of his grievances about how Trump has been leading the country.
“When you have military that can direct force against their own people, that is inherently corrupting. And so when you now start seeing the politicization of the military deliberately —” he said, before Haron chimed in with, “They just landed in Chicago.”
“Yeah,” the former president continued, before saying Trump’s deployment of the National Guard, which was sent to cities including Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Memphis, and Chicago, is in violation of a federal law known as the Posse Comitatus Act.
