Thanks for your answer, but it could be recovered by migrating to another contract as many example projects did, trat, bom, job. I know it will take time but it would be for the good of the project. Token exchanges have to be through requests with proof of purchase. so we will also see how many people continue to support UBRICOIN, hopefully it will be solved soon.
finexbox is true that he did not steal from UBN but if he is doing it in other currencies such as BTC and ETH they transfer it to his account when you request the withdrawal. and they never mess it up again

Hello,
Finexbox Exchange has been a big problem for many coins including Ubricoin. We've spoken to them many times and they keep saying they're going to release the transfer request for UBN one by one. This could indicate they've not stolen the coins,they are just holding them. This behavior has frustrated a lot of people who have different coins on finexbox.
This new year we are working to find out how people can recover their coins.
We kindly ask for your patience during this gruelling process.

Good congratulations and nobody will stir up the robbery that finexbox made us, especially from me they stole 3 ETH and I have millions of UBN token in that exchange that does not let me withdraw, and no one of the administrators responds

Please remember never to do business with CICI Exchange. They are awful.
On another note. I must confess, during my problem with CICI Exchange the UBRICA Team failed to support me. In fact they ignored me on several occasions here and on WhatsApp. This Is deeply disappointing. UBRICA customer service needs to improve.
I have many millions UBN tokens and have always been excited about this project. I had plans to promote this on some very powerful platforms that would spread this throughout Africa.
I will still do something with UBRICA because it's basic business plan has great potential and is sustainable, However they must treat every single customer, patient and client with dignity, equality and respect.
