Hack-a-TONx DoraHacks Submission UPDATED Timeline Clarification 📣
12 March 11:59PM GMT - Deadline to submit (click link for guide) and include a link to GitHub for your BUIDL.
Don't wait until 17 March to submit your BUIDL (you still have 5 more days to work on it).
If the repo is private, please share access with the technical judges (GH/GL accounts below):

17 March 11:59PM GMT - Deadline for any repo revisions of your BUIDL. Pencils down. Technical judges will only consider the repos updated (timestamped) on or before this time.

Hack-a-TONx DoraHacks Update (7 Mar 2023):
- Total submissions: 169
- Total accepted BUIDLs: 93
- 10 Mar 2023 11:59PM GMT is the deadline for accepted BUIDLs to post a GitHub / GitLab link with either 1. open-source repo, or 2. closed-source w/ access to the 4 technical judges (see Judges section and names with *).
- 4 technical judges' GitHub / GitLab accounts will be posted on DoraHacks page by 8 Mar 2023 EOD.
- 17 Mar 2023 11:59PM GMT is the deadline for all final repo commits/changes.
- T-10 team announcement and BUIDL judging session times will be announced in the near future.

TON’s global Hack-a-TON is kicking off today (11:00 GMT) and has a prize pool of $300,000. The event is hosted by the TON Foundation and DoraHacks, a hacker platform uniting the hacking community with businesses and entrepreneurs.

Grants Announcements: Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb Recipients 👛
We are thrilled to announce the recipients of this quarter's grants program. After careful consideration and review of many innovative projects, we have selected eight recipients to receive funding for their exceptional work in advancing the TON ecosystem.
The following projects have been awarded grants:
1. TON TLV Meetup: This project aims to bring together developers and enthusiasts of the TON network in Tel Aviv, Israel, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
2. TON Link: on building a more robust consensus that implements the familiar PoS-consensus mechanics.
3. TON&Co. Platform: TON&Co. Platform is a comprehensive development platform for building decentralized applications on the TON network.
4. Tonana: App for the cross chain, exchange of coins with the ability to connect wallets, swap page redesign and redevelopment, Cosmos wallet connect, multi-wallet connect and, Solana wallet connect
5. TON Run: TON.RUN is a comprehensive navigation homepage that, based on the TON ecosystem,collects all the TON Adnl protocol and intranet information to help users navigate the decentralized index map.
6. Rift: On building a simple interaction interface with TON blockchain, simple deploying options of developed contracts, testing framework for the contracts developed with dBuilder.
We congratulate the recipients of the past rolling grants program and look forward to seeing the progress and impact of their projects on the TON ecosystem.
A friendly reminder that we are now currently live on Questbook 2.0 and urge all potential grant applicants to re-apply or apply there. At the moment, new rounds are opened (and granted) on a monthly basis.
Round 1 (Q1 FY23) of grant applications are now closed and successful applicants will be announced next week. Stayed tuned for the opening of Round 2 (Q1 FY23).

- When did you join TON Foundation and what is your R&R?
I’ve joined around 3 months ago 🙂
I carry out recruitment and BD here at TF.
- Where did you work previously and in what R&R?
I was in Binance’s recruitment team. I was part of the team which scaled the legal team from 0-1.
When we first started hiring, the legal team was 5 people. When I left, the team was around 80 people.
I was also POC for Global Campus Recruitment, where we kickstarted the internship programme at Binance.
Other departments I recruited for included Finance Products (Futures, Social trading, Custody), BNB Chain, Binance Labs.
- Fun story: craziest candidate you’ve interviewed
The most crazy one would be a Taliban associated person. I honestly could not tell 😂 he was so smiley, calm and professional.
- How is it like working alongside with the individuals within TON Foundation?
Really great! We have a global team of over 15 nationalities. We have people from Asia, EU, America, even Latin America!
It is so international. This showcases the beauty of TON blockchain - true decentralisation and openness to differences.
- What are some of the challenges you've faced so far working at TON
Definitely picking up all this technical knowledge. Luckily we have members in the team who are proficient at this, very happy that we help one another 🙂
