​The Open League Trading Challenge

We’re excited to announce The Open League Trading Challenge, introducing a team-based trading competition that brings influencers and their communities together. This initiative aims to elevate The Open League to new heights and put crypto in every pocket. The Challenge starts today, March 19, 2024, at 3:00 PM CET and lasts until April 1, 2024, at 3:00 PM CET.

Influencers will embark on a competitive journey, armed with an initial 5,000 Toncoin (TON), aiming to grow their account balance by using The Open League's projects. The influencer with the highest overall balance wins a grand prize of 15k TON, 10k TON for 2nd place, 5k TON for 3rd place.

On March 1, 2024, Gagarin Launchpad launched the TON-EVM Bridge. Hipo

Today marks the beginning of The Open League incentives, with up to 1 million Toncoin (TON) set to be distributed to TON Community this month. Meet the Winners of The Open League Community Vote

Community members needed to cast their vote from the Telegram Mini App and have at least 5 Toncoin in their wallet balance to be eligible. We also verified voters' wallets by creation date to prevent fraud and mass voting through newly created wallets.

With 9,900 votes cast and 19 projects competing for a chance to earn 50,000 Toncoin liquidity pool boosts and a share of the 560,000 Toncoin prize pool, we can now reveal the results. You can see the voting outcome here.

TON DEX TVL up 60% and Live Open League Leaderboards coming soon

On March 4, 2024, TON Community saw the beginning of The Open League incentives - LP Boosts across TON DEXs STON.fi and DeDust. That has led to a massive 60% increase in DEX TVL (Total Value Locked) just in the last 7 days.

Now it’s time to provide an overview of the battle royale format we’re building for TON Ecosystem projects. All participating projects will compete to win a share of the prize at the end of this month. They will all compete in 4 categories:

▪️DeFi = 150,000 Toncoin Prize Pool
▪️Tokens = 150,000 Toncoin Prize Pool
▪️Apps = 150,000 Toncoin Prize Pool
▪️Liquid Staking = 100,000 Toncoin Prize Pool

This move is not just transforming how digital advertising and monetization work on a global scale. It’s about bringing blockchain technology to a mainstream platform with over 800 million monthly active users. Channel owners and creators can now monetize their content through a global, decentralized currency that supports peer-to-peer transactions via @Wallet right within Telegram.

This initiative signifies not only a substantial revenue stream for Telegram and Telegram creators but also an entirely new utility for cryptocurrency and Toncoin. Based on our analysis and experience with the Telegram Ads platform, we've estimated the potential impact for advertisers. With Telegram channels generating a staggering 1 trillion impressions, our average CPM is $4.30. Telegram already captures 10% of this market, so it stands to reason that from March ± $215 million could already be paid out to advertisers. We estimate channels opting into Telegram Ads could earn a share of $215 million and $2.1 billion per month, all paid in Toncoin.

This initiative signifies not only a substantial revenue stream for Telegram and Telegram creators but also an entirely new utility for cryptocurrency and Toncoin.
