1. Identify the trend: Look for a series of Lower Lows
2. Plot the line: Connect two or more significant price points using a straight line tool.
3. Extend the line: Project the line into the future to act as a potential Resistance.
4. Confirm the trend: Look for the price to continue to respect the trend line by testing and staying below it.
Note: Trend lines are just a visual representation and are not always accurate, so it's important to use other technical indicators and analysis in conjunction with trend lines. Also, trendline may and may no be prefect to draw, so you've to adjust with experience.

Price made a rounding bottom and now reached the hourly resistance. This is no trade zone and wait for a better entry. If the price rejects from the resistance zone then we see a retracement toward the $1.45-$1.50 support zone.
#ADA bounced hard and broke the downtrend channel. Price keeps trying to break the resistance level of $0.343-$0.346. A break above this level is bullish and pushes the price toward the $0.395-$0.398 resistance level. Don't rush for a new long position at the current price. The support is $0.321-$0.326 zone and the price may retrace to this zone.

What is Falling Three Candlestick ?
